NERIST Entrance Exam Pattern 2025: Candidates can check here the NERIST NEE 2025 exam pattern. The pattern of NEE-I, NEE-II and NEE-III differs. The aspirants can check below the pattern for all three entrance exams here. For all the examinations (NEE-I/ NEE-II/ NEE-III) with any paper code, the questions are of objective type with multiple-choice answers. Candidates shall have to attempt all the questions from all the sections of the relevant paper. For every wrong answer to a question, 25% (¼th) of the marks carried by that question is deducted. There is no deduction of marks for un-attempted questions. The NERIST Entrance Examination (NEE) is conducted as a pen and paper-based test. The duration of each NERIST entrance exam is 3 hours. In NEE-I questuons are asked from Physics, Chemistry and Maths. The full marks in NEE-I paper is 150. 35 questions are asked from Phyics, 35 quesytions from chemistry and 55 questions come from Maths.

A:

NERIST NEE 2025 Marking Scheme

There is a negative marking policy in the NEE exam pattern, check below:

  • For every correct answer, 1 mark will be added to the total score of the candidate.
  • For every incorrect response, 0.25 or ¼ marks will be deducted from the total score candidate.
  • No marks will be deducted from the total score of a candidate for not attempting a question.
