NERIST NEE 2026 Dates: The North Eastern Regional Institute of Science and Technology (NERIST) announced the NEE 2026 Dates. As per the dates, the NERIST Application form 2026 is released on January 9, 2026. The application window will remain open until March 31, 2026. Applicants will be able to download their admit cards from April 14, 2026, for the examinations scheduled across two days: April 25 and April 26, 2026. The entrance exam will be held in offline mode across exam centres in North Eastern States. To register, students must pay an application fee of INR 1,500 for the General/OBC/EWS categories and INR 1,000 for the ST/SC/PD categories. NERIST NEE 2026 Dates: Pre Exam Events
NERIST NEE 2026 registration: Candidates can apply for NERIST NEE 2026 online on the official website, nerist.ac.in. The application form must be submitted within the deadline. The candidates are advised to have their own personal and valid email ID and mobile number. Also, candidates are advised to retain the registered mobile number and email they have submitted in the application form till all the admission procedures are completed, as all important updates are informed to the candidates through SMS/e-mail or both.
NERIST NEE 2026 admit card: To download the NERIST NEE 2026 admit card, candidates have to use their registered Email ID / Application Number and Date of Birth. Candidates must keep in mind that the admit card is not sent by post. One has to visit the official website, amrita.edu/admissions, to access the link to download the admit card.

NERIST NEE 2026 Dates: Post Exam Events
NEE 2026 answer key: The NEE 2026 answer keys of MCQ-based NEE shall be uploaded to the admission portal after completion of the test. The answer key shall have the correct answers to all questions asked in the NEE exam. Candidates can challenge through online mode for verification of NEE answer keys if they are not satisfied with the respective question(s) / answer option(s), for a limited period of time.
NERIST NEE result 2026: The result of NERIST NEE is released separately for NEE-I, NEE-II and NEE-III. The NEE 2026 results shall be declared on the NERIST website.
NERIST NEE 2026 counselling: The counselling is conducted after the result is declaraed. The names of qualified candidates will be uploaded on its official website and these students will have to attend NERIST NEE counselling process as per schedule to block their seat.

NERIST Entrance Exam Date 2026
NERIST Entrance Examination (NEE) is an offline entrance exam held across the North Eastern States (Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, and Tripura). This entrance exam is conducted by the North Eastern Regional Institute of Science and Technology (NERIST) for admission to BTech, BTech LE, BSc (Hons) in Forestry, and certificate courses. NEE-I, NEE-II and NEE-III are held for admission to certificate courses, BTech & BSc (Hons) in Forestry, and BTech Lateral Entry respectively. The NEE-II is conducted with a single question paper of 150 marks of three hours duration. NEE-II (PCM) is held for candidates aspiring to take admission in BTech courses and NEE-II (PCB) is for candidates seeking admission to BSc (Hons) in Forestry. Candidates who qualify NEE, have to appear for the counselling rounds conducted by NERIST for admission.
