GUJCET 2026 Answer Keys - Official
GSEB will release GUJCET answer key 2026 after exam is conducted. First, authorities will release provisional answer key, followed by GUJCET 2026 final answer key PDF. What is GUJCET?
The Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET) is a state-level entrance test conducted to shortlist candidates for admission into B.Tech and B.Pharm programs are offered by various colleges in Gujarat. The exam is conducted by the Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB). The allotment of seats is done based on scores obtained in the entrance exam.
Changes in the GUJCET exam over the years
As per the official announcement from the exam body last year, two new changes were brought in. They are as follows:
- Marks in subjects other than Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics in class 12 will also be considered for preparing the merit list.
- Out of total seats in government colleges, 5 percent of seats will be filled through JEE Main 2026 score, while the remaining 95 percent of seats will be filled through GUJCET 2026.

Five-Year Exam Analysis (2021-2025)
From 2021 to 2025, GUJCET has consistently maintained a moderate to difficult level. The question papers follow GSEB and NCERT syllabi. As shared by students during the exam analysis, the Maths section is considered the most challenging and time-consuming. It is lengthy and heavily focuses on Calculus (35% weightage), 3D Geometry, and Vectors.
Physics is generally moderate to difficult level, with high weightage on Electromagnetism, Optics, and Modern Physics. The question paper is evolved to become more conceptual and application-based.
