JEE Main 2021 Registration

JEE Main 2021 Registration: The National Testing Agency (NTA) will be closing the process to fill the JEE Main 2021 application form tomorrow i.e., January 16. Students who want to participate in the February session of JEE Main 2021 will have to fill and submit the application form before 11:59 PM. However, the final date to pay the JEE Main application fee is January 17, 2021. All students are advised to complete the JEE Main registration process as soon as possible to avoid last minute rush.

Students are requested to fill the JEE Main 2021 application form carefully. While the correction facility for JEE Main application form will be open from January 19 to 21, students are advised to check all of the steps and refer to the FAQs provided by NTA, in case of any confusion.

JEE Main 2021 Registration FAQs

Q. Who can apply for JEE Main 2021?

A. Candidates who has passed 10+2 in 2021 or 2019 OR are going to appear for the examination in 2021 will be eligible for JEE Main 2021.

Q. Is there any age limit to apply for JEE Main 2021?

A. There is no age limit. However, the candidates need to meet the JEE Main 2021 eligibility criteria prescribed by NTA.

Q. Will I be able to submit multiple forms for one session?

A. No. Multiple forms for one session will not be accepted by NTA.

Q. Will there be separate JEE Main 2021 application form for each session?

A. Candidates will have to fill up one application form for all sessions. After they submit the form, the same application will be shown when the registration process for the remaining sessions will start.

Q. Can I appear for only one session or do I have to appear for all?

A. It is completely up to the candidate. He/she can appear for one, two, three or all four sessions.  

Q. I want to change my exam city. What should I do?

A. Candidates will be able to change their selected exam city during the JEE Main 2021 correction facility process.

Q. I forgot to add my name in the photograph while submitting the JEE Main application form. Will my form get rejected?

A. No. Candidates will be given a chance to correct their submitted photograph.

Q. I forgot to book a slot while filling the application form. What should I do?

A. NTA authorities will allot the slots for those candidates who forget to book their examination slots.

Q. Is Aadhar number necessary to fill JEE Main 2021 application form?

A. No. Candidates can use any other Government identity proof with a number to register for JEE Main 2021.

Q. Can NIOS students apply for JEE Main?

A. Yes. NIOS students are eligible for JEE Main. Instead of the school address, they will be required to write their study centre address while filling out the application form.

No. There is no qualifying percentile in JEE Main. However, the candidates who want to appear in JEE Advanced will have to get a minimum qualifying percentile in JEE Mains. This minimum qualifying percentile is announced with the JEE Main session 2 reult.
