JEE Main 2021 Student Reaction & Review (Paper 2A): NTA (National Testing Agency) conducted JEE Main 2021 February session for BArch/ BPlan courses on February 23. Most of the test-takers said that the paper was moderate in terms of difficulty. Candidates who appeared in the exam can check the JEE Main 2021 students’ reaction & review for paper 2A below.
JEE Main BArch and BPlan paper were held from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Extra 30 minutes were given to those candidates who opted for both BArch and BPlan papers.

Saiwan Kavi who attempted the BArch paper says that the paper was of moderate difficulty. Most of the questions were from PNC, Probability and Integrals.

Tirusha says that the paper was moderate in terms of difficulty. There were more questions from Calculus. The drawing part was a bit tricky but it was doable.
Devanshi Puri says that her BArch paper was easy to moderate. The aptitude section was easier as compared to Maths. The drawing section was also moderate.
Shivansh says that the BArch paper was moderate. The aptitude section was moderate while Maths was a bit more difficult. There were more questions from 3D Geometry in Mathematics.
The three hours JEE Main exam for admission to BArch courses comprised of three sections: Aptitude, Mathematics and Drawing. As per the JEE Main exam pattern, candidates will get 4 marks for answering each question correctly. There is the provision of negative marking as well and for any question answered incorrectly, one mark will be deducted. The total marks of JEE Main BArch paper are 400 with the drawing section being 100 marks (2 questions of 50 marks each).

No. There is no qualifying percentile in JEE Main. However, the candidates who want to appear in JEE Advanced will have to get a minimum qualifying percentile in JEE Mains. This minimum qualifying percentile is announced with the JEE Main session 2 reult.
