NIT Seat Matrix 2023
There is a total of 31 NITs which offer admission to various engineering courses. The admissions to NITs are done on the basis of JEE Main score. Candidates who qualify for the JEE Main exam are eligible to participate in the JoSAA counselling process. For more details, candidates can refer to the table given below.

JEE Main Result 2023
The National Testing Agency has released the JEE Main 2023 result on the official website. Applicants who appeared in the exam can check their JEE Main result 2023 through application number and date of birth/password. NTA has released the JEE Main 2023 session 1 result on February 6 while session 2 result was released on April 29. Candidates declared qualified are eligible to participate in the JoSAA counselling process.

Yes. You can. Both counselling have different purposes. JoSAA is for admission to IIT and NIT+ system, while JAC Chandigarh is for admission to Dr S. Bhatnagar University Institute of Chemical Engineering and Technology; Panjab University, Chandigarh (Formerly Department of Chemical Engineering & T

Candidates who qualified for JEE Main and/or JEE Advanced can participate in JoSAA 2025. The JoSAA 2025 seat allotment results will be released in online mode after every round. Candidates will be allotted seats according to their merit, preferences, and availability of seats. After the declaration of the seat allotment results, JoSAA releases cutoffs separately for every round. The Joint Seat Allocation Authority will release Rounds 2, 3, 4, and 5 cutoffs on the official website at josaa.nic.in.
