AU-AIET Eligibility Criteria

Candidates can check eligibility criteria for AU-AIET exam 2026, below -

• One must have a minimum qualifying mark of 45% in class XII and 40% for reserved category. 

• The final selection of candidates via AU-AIET/JEE Main/MHT CET/CUET/PERA CET is done through overall performance, followed by a personal interview round.

• Short-listed candidates must confirm their admission fee and download admission letter. 

The application form process of AU-AIET is divided into several stages, which is compulsory. The form-filling procedure can be checked below -

• First go to official website and click on the application form link

• Then register, by entering name, email ID, phone number, and interested BTech programme, etc

• Once registration is complete, students will be redirected to the application form dashboard. 

• Now, fill all personal, educational qualification details correctly

• Make fee payment using a scanner available in payment option. Students can pay registration fee offline as well as online. 

• Now, fill rest of the details and upload the documents. 

• Recheck all information and submit the form. 

• Keep a copy of the AU-AIET application form 2026 printout fo future reference. 

Students who are applying for Atharva University using other entrance test scores, must submit their test score at the time of filling application form. The university accepts test scores of CUET, PERA CET, JEE Main, and MHT CET. 

The registration fee is categorised into two sections: programme fee and entrance test fee. It is mandantory to pay both the fees for acceptance. Candidates can check the AU-AIET 2026 application fee below-

• Programme fees - INR 2000

• Entrance test fee - INR 500

Students must note that fee is non-refundable and is applicable for all categories. Incase, the amount is deducted twice, then the amount will be refunded within 10 to 15 days to source account.
