CLAT 2025 Result: In a significant development for thousands of CLAT UG 2025 aspirants, the Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs) has officially accepted the verdict of the Delhi High Court delivered on April 23, 2025. The judgment had directed the Consortium to revise the final answer key for four erroneous questions in the CLAT UG 2025 paper and release updated results within four weeks.

Acknowledging the court’s directive, the Consortium announced that it is actively working on implementing the necessary changes. The revised CLAT UG 2025 results are expected to be published on or before May 21, 2025.

“The Executive Committee of the Consortium met and unanimously decided to accept and implement the High Court’s judgment, in the broader interests of the timely conclusion of the admission process for the benefit of both the candidates and the member NLUs,” the Consortium said in an official statement.

The Delhi High Court had earlier identified errors in four questions of the CLAT UG 2025 master question paper and ordered the Consortium to re-evaluate the answer scripts accordingly. The court further directed that the updated marksheets and the final list of selected candidates be notified afresh.

Alongside the revised result, the Consortium has also assured candidates that an updated counselling schedule will be shared soon. This move is expected to clarify matters for aspirants who have been awaiting updates amid the legal proceedings.

CLAT 2025 was held on December 1, 2024, across 141 centers in India, and the initial results were published on December 7, 2024. Following several petitions and legal challenges over discrepancies in the answer key, the matter was escalated and eventually consolidated before the Delhi High Court by a Supreme Court order.
