Anna University closed the TANCET 2023 registration onn February 28. Candidates who applied for the exam were allowed to download the TANCET hall ticket from March 11. With the exam to be conducted tomorrow, candidates must download the TANCET admit card now. Applicants visiting the TANCET exam centre without a hard copy of the TANCET hall ticket will face denial in entry to the exam hall. Candidates will find the following details on TANCET admit card:

  • Registration number
  • Date of birth
  • Candidate’s name
  • Test subject
  • Test code
  • Community
  • Gender
  • Nativity
  • Candidate’s photograph
  • Candidate’s signature
  • Test centre, with complete address
  • Candidate’s address
  • Exam date, day and time
  • Signature of TANCET 2023 secretary
  • Instructions to candidates

TANCET 2023 Exam Day Guidelines

The space below mentions the TANCET exam day instructions for the test takers:

  • Issuance of TANCET hall ticket does not mark the candidate eligible for admission. With issuance of hall ticket, candidates are provisionally permitted to appear for the exam.
  • Candidates must carry a hard copy of the TANCET hall ticket on the exam day.
  • In addition to the hall ticket, candidates must carry a valid photo ID proof, such as
    • Aadhar card
    • Driving Licence
    • Voters ID
    • PAN card
    • Passport
  • Candidates must check the TANCET hall ticket in case of any discrepancy and should be immediately reported to the Secretary TANCET, CEE, Anna University.
  • No candidates will be allowed to enter the TANCET exam hall half-an-hour after the commencement of the test.
  • Candidates will not be allowed to leave the exam centre before 15 minutes are left for the test completion.
  • Use of log tables, calculators, communication devices, including cellular phones, pager, bluetooth devices, etc., are prohibited inside the exam centre.
  • Candidates must fill the OMR sheet carefully after reading the instructions filled on the OMR sheet.
  • TANCET hall ticket should be retained to be produced at the time of admission.
  • Candidates must only use a black ball point pen to write or shade on the OMR sheet.not involve in 

Candidates must not involve in any unfair means practise. Test takers will be penalised as per Anna University norms.
