What is the NEET counselling registration fee?

The NEET counselling registration fee varies for different candidate categories. For the AIQ seats and Central Universities, the fee for the General category candidates is INR 1,000 and for the SC, ST, OBC and PwD category candidates, the fee is INR 500. For participating in the NEET counselling process for Deemed Universities, the registration fee for all category candidates is INR 5,000. The registration fee is non-refundable. NEET UG Counselling 2025 is over. The MCC conducted six rounds of NEET counselling 2025 for admissions to MBBS, BDS and other medical seats. The MCC NEET UG counselling was held for 15 per cent All India Quota (AIQ) seats. The counselling for other 85 per cent of the medical seats was conducted by state counselling authorities. There is no further notification regarding NEET counselling rounds yet.

The NEET Special Stray round counselling was held from December 18 to 31, 2025, for MBBS, BDS and other seats. Candidates allotted the seats in special stray round could report to colleges from December 24 to 31, 2025. On the other hand, round 5 of MCC NEET Counselling was held for BDS and BSc seats from January 1 to 10, 2026. The NEET Counselling round 5 seat allotment result was released on January 2, 2026. Candidates allotted the seats could report to the colleges till January 10, 2026.
