SSC CHSL 2022: SSC CHSL Tier 2 exam dates were released on August 5. The Tier 2 exam will be conducted offline on September 18 at the designated exam centres across the nation. The number of candidates will be few in comparison to paper 1. SSC CHSL Tier 2 exam is a descriptive exam and the candidates are required to write an essay and a letter/application in the exam. The candidates should start daily essay practice to improve their writing speed and broaden their vocabulary.

SSC CHSL Tier 1 result 2022 was released online on August 4. Staff Selection Commission(SSC) also released the number of vacancies in the SSC CHSL 2022 exam. SSC CHSL 2022 final answer key will be released online on August 11. SSC CHSL 2022 scorecard will also be released with the answer key. The candidates will be required to log in with their roll number and date of birth to download their scorecard.

SSC CHSL 2022 Vacancies were also released and this year the number is increased in comparison to the previous year's notification. SSC CHSL 2022 vacancies are 6,072 whereas in the previous year, it was around 4,726. SSC CHSL 2022 Tier 1 exam was conducted from May 24 to June 10 as a Computer-Based Test (CBT) across the nation.

Staff Selection Commission released the tentative answer key on June 22 and the objections against the incorrect questions and answers were accepted until June 27. SSC CHSL vacancies are the essential component for releasing the result because they will decide the number of candidates to be selected for the SSC CHSL Tier 2 exam.

The Commission will release the SSC CHSL Tier 2 exam dates later. SSC CHSL exam dates were released with the official notification, but the exam dates were released later.

SSC CHSL exam is a very popular exam among the candidates who have passed the Higher Secondary exam and are hoping to join the Central Government jobs. This exam provides a direct entry to the central government and the candidates will start earning from the day of the appointment. Age Limit SSC CHSL 2022: Age Limit

One of the most important factors in SSC CHLS 2022 eligibility criteria is the age limit for the SSC CHSL exam. For the SSC CHSL exam, the candidate must fulfil the age criteria, which are given below:

SSC CHSL Upper Age Limit : 27

The age will be counted from January 1, 2022.

Nationality for SSC CHSL Exam 2022

SSC CHSL exam is open for the citizens of India and other countries as well. For the SSC CHSL exam, the candidates fulfilling the following nationality condition can apply for the exam

  • A subject of Nepal/Bhutan, or
  • A Tibetan refugee,

The candidates’ marks are calculated based on the answers they mark on the SSC CHSL question paper. For each correct answer, the candidates are awarded +2 marks and for each incorrect answer, 0.5 marks are deducted from the aggregate marks because there is a negative marking in the exam.

SSC CHSL Tier 2 Exam Pattern

SSC CHSL Tier 2 exam is a descriptive exam. The candidates need to understand the demand of the exam. Commission asks the candidates to write one essay and one letter/application within the prescribed time limit. The candidates are asked to write around 450 - 500 words in 1 hour. There is no defined syllabus for the SSC CHSL Tier 2 exam. The candidates are required to write the descriptive type essay and letter/application in one-hour time. The candidates need to write on the socio-political issues which are in the news.

SSC CHSL 2022 Exam Centres

SSC CHSL exam centres were notified in the official advertisement released by the Commission on February 1. The candidates can select three exam centres from the given list. The first exam centre can be chosen from the list of exam centres situated pan India. The rest of the two exam centres can be selected from the same region only.
