The JEE Main 2021 exam date for remaining two editions is likely to be announced soon. Education ministry is holding the meeting to review COVID situation and dates for JEE Main 2021.

As per the PTI report, meeting is being held to review situations for conducting the pending JEE Main 2021 phase 3 and 4 exams in July and August.

The Ministry of Education will be soon announcing JEE Main 2021 exam date for the remaining two attempts. As per the PTI report, situation is beging reviewed to decide whther the remaining phase 3 and 4 exams could be conducted in July and August. Meetings are being held in the Education Ministry to review the COVID situation and decide dates for the remaining two editions of JEE Main 2021. As per other news reports, the remaining two sessions of JEE Main 2021 could be conducted in July last week or August second week with gap of around 15-20 days in between the two sessions. 

The COVID situation is rapidly improving in the country which is a good sign for all JEE aspirants. Beside a few states, the Coronavirus cases have dipped substantially. The decision on when JEE Main 2021 can be conducted will be made when the situation at par in all stated becomes favorable for holding the exams.

There are also some other concerns which would also be discussed when deciding the JEE Main exam dates for the remaining two sessions beside COVID. The third wave of Coronavirus is also expected to hit the country, which could be another challenge for holding the exams. Also,as per reports, there are still a few states which have not made decisions on class 12 board exams, whether to conduct or cancel the exams and the schedule if exams will be conducted.

To facilitate the students, NTA is conducting the JEE Main 2021 four times. The first two editions had been successfully conducted in February and March while the remaining two were scheduled to be conducted in April and May. Due to the COVID pandemic in the country, the April and May editions of JEE Main 2021 stands postponed.

No. There is no qualifying percentile in JEE Main. However, the candidates who want to appear in JEE Advanced will have to get a minimum qualifying percentile in JEE Mains. This minimum qualifying percentile is announced with the JEE Main session 2 reult.
