The National Testing Agency (NTA) has conducted JEE Main 2021 second day exam today, July 22. There was no JEE Main 2021 exam in shift 1 on July 22 and paper was conducted only in shift 2. JEE Main 22 July 2021 exam conducted today was of Moderate Difficulty level with more application-based questions. Students who appeared in the exam can check important points related to today JEE Main paper review below:

Mathematics – Moderately to Difficult Level. Weightage was given to chapters of Coordinate Geometry, Calculus, 3D & Vector Algebra. There were questions from Binomial Theorem, Probability & Matrices in Numerical based section. Questions were of moderate level and lengthy. 

Physics – Easy to Moderate level. Questions asked from Gravitation, Current Electricity, Modern Physics, Heat and Thermodynamics. Numerical-based questions had lengthy calculations but were easy. Questions covered all chapters of XI & XII classes. It was a balanced section.

Chemistry - Easy level. Organic Chemistry & Inorganic Chemistry had some tricky questions. Physical Chemistry was only in Integer Type. Overall this section was easy.

• One question from Mathematical reasoning in the question paper
• One question from Semiconductor was asked in the exam.
• A good number of questions from Polymer and Environmental Chemistry.
• More questions were asked from the Class 12 syllabus in JEE Main today's paper

• Candidates should report to the exam centre as per the reporting time mentioned on their JEE Main admit card 2021.
• Candidates should follow social distancing norms and avoid gathering at the exam centre
• Any prohibited item like mobile phone, watch, calculators should not be carried at the exam centre
• Candidates should wear mask and carry hand sanitizers
• Candidates should carry their admit card, photo ID proof and one photo to the exam centre

July 22, 2021-02:45 PM - Gate Closed for the JEE Main 2021 exam.

July 22, 2021-02:30 PM - Entry to the exam centre closed. The gate keeper are however allowing students who are coming late.

July 22, 2021- 02:00 PM- Enttry inside the exam centre is started. Students are being frisked through hand-held metal detectors. Fresh masks are provided to students while they enter the exam centres.
