Karnataka Examination Authority releases the KCET marking scheme in the official notification. Applicants appearing in the exam will be awarded one mark for every correct answers. There will be no negative marking for wrong answers in KCET exam. KEA will not deduct any marks for unattempted questions in KCET exam. As the exam is conducted in offline mode, applicants are advise to mark their answers carefully in OMR sheet. The questions with multiple options marked will be considered as wrong. Yes, KCET exam is conducted in offline pen & paper mode across various centres every year. You will be provided OMR sheet to attempt the KCET 2025 exam. You have to mark the answers using black/blue ball point pen. You should note that no online exam will be conducted for any candidate. There will be four alternatives to all the questions asked in the exam. Each question will have one correct alternative. You must cross check your answers before marking it in OMR sheet. The authorities will not allow you to change your answers once marked in the OMR sheet.
