Directions for questions 1 to 4: Solve the questions based on the data given below.

The family of Chandra Kishan and his wife Meera consists of three generations and thirteen members. Six out of these thirteen members of the family are female members. Some of the children of Chandra Kishan are married while none of his grandchildren are married.

Meera has a daughter-in-law named Amia and two sons-in-law named Buttler.

Ramakrishna’s brother is Devesh, who has two nephews and two nieces, one of them named Maya.

Priyanka, Devesh’s sister, has two children.

Amia, the sister-in-law of Devesh has four nephews and nieces.

Manohar, who is married to Geeta in the family, has a daughter named Indira and a son.

Joy has a sister and two cousins, Akash and Indira.

Directions for questions 5 to 8: Solve the questions based on the data given below.

There are ten members in a department and their names are Kamal, Lalman, Manish, Nishant, Praveen, Qadir, Raman, Sanjay, Umang and Waqar. There is a proposal to form a team from amongst the members of the department and it is subject to the following conditions:

(i) A team must include exactly one among Praveen, Raman and Sanjay.

(ii) A team must include either Manish or Qadir

(iii) If Kamal forms part of the team, then Lalman forms part of the team and vice-versa.

(iv) If one of the individuals from Sanjay, Umang and Waqar is included in the team, then both the others should also be included.

(v) Nishant and Lalman cannot form part of the same team. Similarly, Umang and Lalman cannot form part of the same team.

(vi) Size of a team is the number of individuals forming the team.
