JEE Main 2026 Session 2 Registration: NTA will release the JEE Main April attempt application form anytime soon, today, February 1. The application process, including the JEE Main session 2 registration, filling form, live photo capture, document upload and payment of the application fee, will be online at jeemain.nta.nic.in. The complete application process is to be completed by the last date, February 25.
NTA has not mentioned the exact JEE Main 2026 session 2 registration start time. As soon as the registration link is activated today, it will be provided here. All official updates on JEE Mains session 2 registration 2026 will be available at jeemain.nta.nic.in and nta.ac.in.

How to Fill JEE Mains 2026 April Application Form
Check the steps below to fill JEE Main 2026 session 2 registration form:
- The first step in applying for JEE Main is online registration on the official NTA JEE website. Once the registration is successful, candidates get their application number, which is important information.
- After registration, candidates have to fill the detailed JEE Main application form. Here, the candidates have to select the paper they want to apply for, exam city choice, educational details, personal details, etc.
- The next step involves uploading scanned documents needed for JEE Main 2026 registration in the format required by NTA.
- Once the documents are uploaded, candidates must pay the application fee online using debit card, credit card, net banking, or UPI.
Note that the candidates who have registered for the first attempt will also be able to fill in their session 2, using their January attempt application number and password. They will only have to select their paper, exam centre and pay the application fee to apply for the second attempt.

Last Date to Apply for JEE Main 2026 Session 2 Is February 25
NTA has confirmed that the last date to submit the JEE Main 2026 Session 2 application form is February 25. Candidates must complete the registration, upload documents, and pay the application fee before the deadline.
No extension has been announced so far, and based on past trends, students are advised to treat February 25 as the final date. Incomplete applications or unpaid forms will not be accepted.

JEE Main 2026 Session 2 Registration Begins Today
The National Testing Agency (NTA) will start the JEE Main 2026 Session 2 application process today, February 1. I have appeared for the JEE Main January session, do I need to register for session 2 again?
The candidates who have registered for the January attempt do not have to register for the April attempt again.
Such candidates have to login with their first attempt application number and password and then select the paper to appear in, provide exam city choic and pay the aplication fee.

No, JEE Main application form can only be filled online. The application form of JEE Main is released only in online mode on the website jeemain.nta.ac.in. There is no option of filling the application form in offline mode. Candidates who do not have a laptop/personal computer can visit the computer centre/common service centres to fill the application form. While filling the JEE Main 2026 application form, candidates will also have to upload scanned image of their photo and signature. Candidates belonging to reserved category (Gen-EWS/SC/ST/OBC-NCL) also need to upload the category certificate.
