KCET Answer Key 2026 (OUT): Official PDF for Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Biology

The official answer keys are published as public PDFs and do not require any login credentials to download:

• Go to KEA website at cetonline.karnataka.gov.in or kea.kar.nic.in.
• Look for KCET Answer Key linkon the homepage menu and select "UGCET".
• Select subject link: Look for links titled "Provisional Answer Key". There will be separate links for Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology.
• Click on required subject. The file will opens in a new tab; click download icon to save PDF.
• Ensure cross-checking the column matching Version Code (e.g., A1, B4, C2) printed on your specific question booklet.

The KCET response sheet displays options which candidates actually bubbled during test. To download the response follow the steps mentioned below - 

• Open official KEA Website and click on "Candidate Portal Login" or specific link titled "Exam Centre-wise OMR Sheet View".
• Type in the credentials such as KCET Application / Registration Number and Date of Birth.
• Select specific Exam City, Exam District, and the name of college center where candidate's sat for test from dropdown menus.
• Pick specific subject paper (e.g., Mathematics or Physics) to view.
• Once scanned OMR sheet loads on screen, click "Download Response Sheet PDF" to save it for score calculations.

To raise objections against students must follow the steps below. 

• Visit  cetonline.karnataka.gov.in 
• On homepage click on KCET answer key 2027 objection link. 
• Log in using CET number and date of birth.
• Mention subject, version code, and question number along with the justification.  
• Upload supporting documents for objection through the facility.  

The facility to raise objection was open till 5 pm on April 30, 2027. While submitting the challenge, candidates had to upload a supporting document with details of correct answer by student. 

KCET 2027 Objection Fee

KEA does not charge objection fee for challenging provisional answer key. Candidates can submit structural grievances or report answer discrepancies completely free of cost. However, to prevent spam, KEA enforces strict documentation rules.

Every single objection must be submitted online through KEA Portal alongside authentic, supporting their claims. Candidates are required to upload a clear PDF file containing supporting evidence, such as a source from official NCERT or standard pre-university textbooks. Anonymous, incomplete, or baseless objections lacking proper will be discarded.

Based on the marks which candidates calculate out of the answer keys, they will be able to know the marks. Their rank depends on 50:50 combination of KCET marks and 2nd PUC board percentages. Higher marks like 165+ align with 98+ percentiles, leading to rank under 100. Lower board marks can pull down the rank even with a high KCET entrance test score.

KEA releases cutoff lists as opening and closing ranks after each round of seat allotment. The KCET cutoffs vary significantly based on various factors such as the difficulty level of the exam, the number of applicants who appeared in the exam, and the seat availability. Elite Tier-1 colleges like RVCE close computer science tracks well under a rank of 500.
