SAEEE 2025 Dates

The SAEEE is conducted by Sathyabama institute of Science and Technology for UG and PG admissions. Candidates can apply for the SAEEE 2025 to get the admission for session 2025-2026. SIST offers various 50 Undergraduate Programmes, 27 Postgraduate Programmes, 5 Online Programmes, 5 Online and Distance Learning Programmes, 1 Diploma Programme, 12 Part Time Programmes and Ph.D., Programmes in Engineering, Technology, Arts, Science, Management, Dental, Pharmacy, Applied Health Sciences, Law and Nursing. Admission to Undergraduate Engineering, Technology and Architecture Programmes are based on the Sathyabama All India Entrance Examination conducted, every year. 

No, The Sathyabama institute for Science and Technology will provide admission to all its UG and PG courses through institute level entrace exam only. As per the official admission brochure "Admission for all the above mentioned Programs are on the basis of rank secured in the All India Entrance Examination conducted by Sathyabama (SAEEE), every year."

Yes. The candidates will be able to pay the SAEEE application fee offline. To make the offline payment, the candidates will have to create a challan of the application fee and submit it at any one of the Indian Bank branches. Payment done from any other banks will not be accepted by the authorities. Candidates will have to ensure that the payment is done and accepted before the final date so that the application form is submitted. 

While filling out the SAEEE application form, the candidates will have to upload their scanned photograph and signature as per the official specifications. The passport size photograph should be in the file dimension of 135px x 175px and the size should not exceed 200KB. The signature should be done in black ink and the suggested dimension is 300px x 60px. The file size should not exceed 100KB. Both documents should be in jpg or png format. If the candidates do not meet the specifications, then the documents will not be accepted.

No. SAEEE application form is available online at sathyabama.ac.in. The authorities will not accept any other mode of application from the candidates. To be registered for SAEEE, the candidates will have to fill out the required details online and pay the fee. All applications should be submitted before the final date. If the candidates are not able to submit the application before the final date, then they will not be allowed to attempt the exam.

SAEEE 2025

SAEEE syllabus is available online on the official website of SAEEE. The authorities will not release the syllabus of SAEEE in any other mode. Through the SAEEE syllabus, the candidates will be able to check the subjects, units and topics that the candidates will have to prepare for the entrance examination. All candidates are advised to refer to the syllabus carefully during their preparation process so that they are well prepared before the examination date.

For SAEEE, the candidates will have to study topics from Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology. The SAEEE syllabus will be similar to the 12th standard qualifying examination syllabus. Before commencing the preparation process, the candidates are advised to check and become familiar with the syllabus of SAEEE. This will allow them to prepare a study plan to secure the marks that are required for admissions into their preferred courses in the institute.

Yes. The candidates are advised to study the entire SAEEE syllabus. Since the authorities will prepare the SAEEE question paper based on the official syllabus, the candidates should be familiar with the subjects, units and topics. By studying the entire syllabus, the candidates will have higher chances of scoring the marks that they require for admissions into their preferred courses. SAEEE exam pattern has been prepared and released by the authorities. The candidates will have to attempt multiple-choice questions from Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry. A total of 20 questions has to be attempted from each section. The total number of questions in SAEEE is 60 questions. The candidates will have to attempt the entire paper within 60 minutes. No extra time will be provided to the candidates to complete the examination.

No. SAEEE will be held online i.e., as a computer-based test. Candidates will have to select the correct answer from the various options given for every question. After selecting the correct option, the candidates will have to submit the answer before the examination duration is over. A total of 60 questions have to be attempted by the candidates within 60 minutes. More details about the SAEEE exam pattern will be available online. 

As per the official SAEEE exam pattern, the candidates will be allotted one mark for every correct answer. There is no negative marking. Unattempted questions will also not be negatively marked. Since there is no negative marking, the candidates are advised to attempt as many questions as possible. This will raise their chances of securing more marks and being eligible for admissions into their preferred course in the institute.

Yes. The candidates will be able to choose their preferred SAEEE exam date. During the SAEEE slot booking process, the candidates will have to select their choice of exam date, time and centre. The list of available slots will be displayed and the candidates will have to choose as per their preference. The candidates will have to submit their preferred slots and the SAEEE admit card will be generated.

No. The authorities will not accept any requests to change the allotted SAEEE slots. Therefore, the candidates are advised to be careful while selecting their choice of slots. Once the slots are submitted, it will be confirmed and cannot be edited. In case of any changes in the slots due to some problems faced by the authorities, the candidates will be informed about their new slots as soon as possible.

Candidates will be able to check their allotted SAEEE exam centre address through the admit card. Important information such as the candidate's personal information, application number, exam date, time, centre address, guidelines and more will be available in the SAEEE admit card. All of the present details have to be carefully checked by the candidates. In case of any mistakes, the candidates are advised to immediately contact the authorities.

Candidates will be able to access and download the SAEEE admit card after the slot booking process is over. All registered candidates will have to complete the SAEEE slot booking process. During the slot booking process, the preferred exam slots and centre have to be selected as per the availability. Once the slots are submitted, the candidates will be able to download the admit card of SAEEE.

While reporting at the exam centres, the candidates will have to present their SAEEE admit card along with an identity proof. Some of the compatible photo identity proofs that will be accepted by the authorities are - Aadhaar Card/Passport/PAN Card/Voter ID/School ID/College ID. If the candidates are not able to produce their SAEEE admit card or identity proof at the centre, then they will not be allowed to attempt the examination. 

Before downloading the SAEEE result, the candidates are advised to check the present details carefully. In case of any mistakes in the result, the candidates are advised to contact the authorities immediately. However, it is to be noted that the authorities will not accept requests to review or change the allotted score. The decision of the authorities will be considered absolute.

SAEEE result will be released online. Candidates will be able to access the official SAEEE result link on the official website. After clicking on the link, the candidates will have to log in using the required credentials. It is to be noted that the SAEEE result will be declared in the form of a merit list. The obtained scores and qualifying status of the candidates will be declared through the SAEEE result.

After the SAEEE seat allotment is announced, the selected candidates will have to confirm their admission. The candidates will have to report to the institute and verify their documents. The required tuition fee also has to be paid to confirm the admission. If the admission confirmation process is not completed before the final date, then the allotment will be cancelled by the authorities. Therefore, the candidates are advised to carefully check the final date to make the admission confirmation.

To check the SAEEE seat allotment result, the candidates will have to visit the official website and click on the respective link. Next, the required credentials have to be provided to log into the account. The seat allotment result will be available after the candidates successfully log into their accounts. No other mode will be used to declare the SAEEE seat allotment result. 

Before SAEEE registrations, the candidates are advised to check the official eligibility criteria. The list of criteria that the candidates will have to meet for admissions through SAEEEE are:

• All candidates should be born on or after January 1, 2004.
• Should have passed the qualifying exam with first class/grade either in March/April 2003, or should appearing for the same in March/April 2004. 
• Candidates should have passed 12th standard qualifying (or equivalent) examination with Mathematics, Physics and any one of the subjects (Chemistry/ Computer Science/ Electronics/ Information Technology/ Biology/ Informatics Practices/ Biotechnology/ Technical Vocational subject/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies/ Entrepreneurship) with a minimum of 45% aggregate in three subjects (40% in case of students belongs to reserved category).
• Additionally, the candidates should have also passed 10th standard or equivalent examination in March/April 2021 or after with a minimum aggregate of 60% marks or 6.0 CGPA.

The authorities conducted the SAEEE 2024 Phase I on April 27 and 28, 2024. The SAEEE 2024 Phase II was conducted on May 25 and 26, 2024. TThe authorities conducted SAEEE 2024 as an online test. All candidates need to qualify SAEEE for admissions into the BTech/BE courses offered by the institute.
