Candidates aiming for admissions via NMAT exam must fill the online application form on or before October 10. NMAT 2026: Eligibility Criteria to Apply

Before filling out the NMAT 2026 application form, candidates must review the basic eligibility requirements:

• Qualifying Degree: A bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university or institute.
• Minimum Marks: Most participating institutes require a minimum aggregate of 50 per cent marks in graduation.
• Final Year Students: Candidates in the final year of their bachelor's degree program are also eligible to apply provisionally.
• Institute-Specific Criteria: NMAT eligibility only grants permission to take the test. Candidates must also meet the individual admission criteria of each participating colleges.

2. Profile Setup: Log in with the generated credentials and enter personal information, contact details, and academic history.
3. Select B-Schools: Choose the participating MBA programs and business schools where you want your scores sent. The registration fee includes score reporting to five participating programs.
4. Upload Documents: Upload a recent passport-size photograph and a clear image of your signature as per the specified dimensions.
5. Fee Payment: Pay the registration fee using net banking, debit card, credit card, or UPI.
6. Book Exam Slot: Once payment is verified, open the exam scheduling dashboard to pick your preferred test date, time slot, and examination centre.

NMAT 2026 Application Fee and Retake Rules

• Standard Registration Fee: INR 3,000 plus applicable taxes.
• Retake Fee: INR 3,000 plus applicable taxes per attempt.
• Rescheduling Fee: INR 1,200 plus applicable taxes.
• Additional Score Reports: INR 400 plus applicable taxes per business school beyond the initial five included schools.

GMAC allows candidates to take the NMAT examination up to three times within a single testing cycle (one initial attempt and two retakes). A mandatory gap of at least 7 days is required between scorecard issuance and the subsequent exam date.
