UP NEET UG Round 2 Counselling 2023: Registration starts today at upneet.gov.in

The registration process for round 2 of UP NEET UG Counselling 2023 has started today at the official website - upneet.gov.in. The last date to apply for this counselling round is August 18, 2023. The merit list will be out on August 21, 2023.

Directorate of Medical Education and Training, Uttar Pradesh, has started the registration process for round 2 of UP NEET UG Counselling 2023 at - upneet.gov.in. 

To participate in the seat allocation process, the candidates need to register online and submit the application form. The last date to apply for round 2 is August 18, 2023. To complete the registration, candidates are required to pay a non-refundable fee of INR 2000. For UP state quota seats, the students need to submit a security deposit of INR 30,000 apart from the registration fee. Also, for admission to private medical and dental colleges, the security deposit amounts to INR 2 lakh for MBBS and INR 1 lakh for BDS seats.

The merit list is all set to be out on August 21, 2023. The choice filling and choice locking for the second round of UP NEET UG Counselling 2023 is scheduled between August 21 to August 24, 2023. The seat allotment result is expected to be out on August 25 or August 26, 2023.

UP NEET counselling 2023 will be held for allotment of 85% state quota seats of MBBS and BDS courses and for the remaining 15% seats in these courses, the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) will conduct NEET 2023 counselling for AIQ seats.

Steps to apply for UP NEET UG Round 2 Counselling 2023

To register for the second round, the candidates need to follow these steps:

• Go to the official site of DGME at dgme.up.gov.in.
• On the homepage, click on UP NEET UG 2023 Counselling link.
• Register yourself and click on submit.
• Fill in the application form and make the payment of application fees.
• Click on submit and download the page.
• Keep a hard copy of the same for further need.
