The Indian Institutes of Science Education and Research (IISER) have opened the application window for candidates to enter their Class XII marks and upload selected documents for the 2025 admissions cycle. The window will remain open from 10:00 AM on June 01, 2025, to 5:00 PM on June 16, 2025.
IISER 2025
IISER exam officials have opened the window for the test takers to upload Class 12 marks entry and selected documents upload in their respective IISER 2025 application form. Candidates can visit the official website and upload these documents from the time period June 1, 2025, to June 16, 2025, till 5 PM. Before uploading the documents, candidates need to keep the following point in their mind to have succesful upload of the documents.
IISER 2025 Class 12 and Document Upload: Key Details

Login Access: Candidates can log in using their User ID (Application Number) and Password sent to their registered email and phone during the registration process.

Class XII Marks: Eligible candidates can enter their Class XII marks through the application portal.

IISER 2025 Document Upload: Important Guidelines

No Changes Allowed: Apart from the above-listed documents, no changes—including category modifications—can be made.

Accuracy Required: Candidates are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of their submitted information. Any errors or omissions may lead to disqualification.

Deadline Enforcement: No documents will be accepted after 5:00 PM, June 16, 2025.

No Email Submissions: Documents sent via email will not be entertained.

No Correction Window: The Joint Admissions Committee will not accept any requests for changes after the deadline.

IISER 2025 result will be announced in the second week of June 2025, tentatively. IISER 2025 result date is yet to be announced by the exam officials for the candidates who took the exam on May 25, 2025. The IISER result 2025 link will be available on the official website, i.e., iiseradmission.in and logging in their registered account.
Given below is a list of documents/certificates whose scanned copies are to be uploaded at the time of online application for IAT 2025. The formats of the certificates are given in the Annexure.
- Class 10 certificate
- Class 12 (or equivalent examination).
- If the class 12 (or equivalent) marks sheet is not available now, then you can instead upload a signed declaration form mentioning : DECLARATION BY THE CANDIDATE IN LIEU OF ELIGIBILITY EXAM CERTIFICATE/ MARKSHEET SEE Annexure). Fill up the form, sign it, scan it and then upload. The scanned copies of the actual marks sheet must be uploaded on or before July 7, 2025, failing which you will not be allotted a seat in any of the IISERs.
You can re-generate your IISER application number by clicking on the Forgot Application link available on the account login window. The steps to get the application number have been given below for the candidates:
a) Go to the application window/result window
b) Click on the forgot application number link
c) Fill out the details asked
d) The application number will be sent to the registered mobile number and email.
OR
Candidates can check out their e-mail where at the time of registration, IAT exam authority must have sent the application number on successful registration.
