
SRMJEEE 2026 Counselling: The exam body, SRMIST, conducts the SRMJEEE 2026 counselling after its results are declared. Candidates who qualify per the SRMJEEE result 2026 will be able to participate in the counselling process. The counselling process of SRMJEEE includes choice filling, seat acceptance, seat allotment, issuance of the provisional admission letter (PAL) and payment of the tuition fee. For online counselling, candidates are informed through email or text messages. To participate in SRMJEEE counselling 2026 in online mode (SRM counselling), candidates have to register and pay the required fee. SRMJEEE Counselling Process 2026
The counselling process of SRMJEEE includes the following steps:
Login to the portal: The candidate has to login to the application portal through the link applications.srmist.edu.in/btech
Rank card download: Candidates can download the rank card through the mentioned online admission portal (OAP).
Educational detail filling: Candidates have to fill in the educational details.
Choice filling (Program Selection): The Online Admission Portal (OAP) will be kept open for the candidates to fill in the choice of campus and programme preference.
Programme allocation: The admission committee will allot the choice of campus, programme and specialisation based on the admission criteria such as SRM Joint Entrance Examination Rank, Qualifying Examination, etc. The programme allotment will be published in the Online Admission Portal (OAP).
Accept the Allocation and Payment (Only for allotted Candidates): Candidates have to accept the allotment and have to pay the one-time non-refundable and non-transferrable registration fee and the counselling fee (part of the tuition fee). Online payment details will be updated shortly.
Provisional Allotment letter downloads: Upon payment of the registration fee and counselling fee, a Provisional allotment letter and fee receipt will be issued. Failure to pay the counselling fee within the stipulated time will lead to the cancellation of the allotment. )
Payment of balance tuition fee and online enrolment: Pay the balance tuition fee before the mentioned date and proceed with online enrolment.
Please note that admissions to any of SRMIST’s campuses will be subject to:
- Satisfying the minimum eligibility criteria as stipulated by the respective institutions
- All India Rank of the candidate
- Production of all original certificates and other documents listed below for verification
- Payment of Registration and full tuition fees
