The varsity conducts psychometric test on shortlisted candidates to assess their abilities and competencies in the related field. This helps the faculty to design appropriate inputs for the students to achieve their goals.
Group Discussion (GD) /Case Discussion and Personal Interview
The varsity conducts Group Discussion and Personal Interview to gauge whether the MBA aspirants possess the personality traits or qualities and soft skills that are critical to become effective managers. The GD/PI round will be conducted at SRM Institute’s campuses across India. The final list of selected students will be prepared on the basis of the scores secured in the exam and performance during the GD-PI rounds.
