NSAT 2026 application process is ongoing. Candidates can fill up the examination form at the Noida International University website. Schedule of NSAT 2026 and GD/PI will be shared with candidates via email after they submit the application form. NSAT 2026 will be conducted for admission to BBA, BA LLB and BBA LLB courses. NSAT 2026 Application Process: Documents Required

Documents Required

Candidates should keep the following by their side at the time of NSAT 2026 application form filling for making correct entries:

  1. Class 10 marksheet
  2. Class 12 marksheet
  3. Address proof
  4. Date of birth proof
  5. Credit/debit card or net banking details

Q:   What is NIU admission process through NSAT?
A: 

NIU admission process through NSAT includes shortlisting of candidates for counselling, conduct of counselling round and final selection. Candidates who meet NSAT cut off or CUET cut off, are shortlisted for admission and a provisional merit list is released. Selected candidates are then required to reserve seat by paying 50 percent of the semester fee. The remaining fee is to be paid within a month to confirm admission.

Q:   Can I fill NSAT application offline?
A: 

There is no provision to fill the NSAT application form offline. Candidates can fill it only in online mode at the institute website.

Q:   Till when is the NSAT application window open?
A: 

The NSAT application window is open for over 4-5 months. There is no specific date of application closure. Since the classes for UG courses start by July-August, the application window is usually open until June.

While filling up NSAT 2026 application form, candidates must keep in mind the following:

  • A candidate can register for the exam only once with one phone number and email ID.
  • Fee is to be paid at the time of form submission or before last date.
  • Application form will not be accepted without fee payment.
  • Forms with errors will be rejected. 
  • NSAT fee of INR 1100 is non refundable. Candidates cannot request for refund
  • Enter valid information in the NSAT form as candidate's details will be verified at the time of admission.

Q:   What is the duration of NSAT exam?

NSAT exam is conducted for 1.5 hours. There is no break inbetween. There is no sectional time limit too, so candidates will have to be mindful of time distribution for each section.

Steps to Apply for NSAT 2026

NSAT 2026 application can be filled in online mode only. There is no provision to submit the form offline. Check below how to fill NSAT 2026 application form:

  • Click on 'apply now 2026' tab
  • Enter information asked and click on ‘apply online’
  • After successful registration, login with shared login ID
  • Fill NSAT 2026 form wit relevant information

Q:   What is the eligibility criteria for NSAT?
A: 

NSAT is conducted for admission to UG courses, thus the minimum eligibility criteria is class 12 or equivalent pass. The candidate must have scored a minimum of 50 percent in their class 12 exam. For, BBA, BBA LLB course, the stream of education can be ARrts, Commerce or Science. BTech applicants must have completed their class 12 from Science stream (with maths). 

Q:   What is the syllabus of NSAT exam?

NSAT syllabus for BBA, BA LLB and BBA LLB courses include all the important topics of English/Verbal Ability, Logical Reasoning & General Awareness. NSAT syllabus for BTech includes Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics or Biology. Candidates planning to appear for NSAT, must study all the topics included in the syllabus for up to Class 12 level.

Q:   Is NSAT exam tough to crack?
A: 

NSAT exam is of low difficulty level. Candidates can get a high score in the exam by studying the basics of topics included in syllabus and practicing a few sample papers.

Q:   Is NSAT mandatory for admission to NIU?

No, NSAT or NIU Scholarship cum Admission Test is not mandatory for NIU admission. The institute also accepts CUET for technical programmes. If a candidate has CUET score they can directly seek admission to NIU through counselling. However, if a candidate wishes to appear for NSAT and use its score for admission, they are allowed to do so.

No, NSAT syllabus is not difficult. It includes topics and chapters studied in Class 11 and 12. Candidates can crack the NSAT syllabus by revising the topics studied in school.

Sectional weightage in NSAT is equal for all sections. NSAT BTech paper has 25 questions each in Physics, Chemistry and Maths. Similarly, NSAT BBA, BA LLB, BBA LLB papers have 25 questions each in English, Logical Reasoning and General Awareness.

It is not compulsory to attempt all sections of NSAT, but it is recommended to do so. Skipping an entire section will affect your overall score and you might not make the cut.
