NTA has released the JEE Mains 2026 admit card for the April session 2 exam to be held on April 2, and 4. JEE main admit card for Apr 5, 6, 7 and 8 exam soon. JEE Main Admit Card 2026 Session 2: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released JEE Mains 2026 admit card. The JEE Main April admit card is available on the official website under the login. To download the admit card, candidates have to use their JEE Mains application number and password.

The admit card of NTA JEE Mains has four pages.

Page 1: The first page of the admit card is the most important one. It includes the following details:

  • Roll number

  • Application number

  • Candidate's name

  • Father's name

  • Gender

  • Date of birth

  • State of eligibility

  • PwD status

  • Scribe requirement

  • Candidate photo and sign

  • Name of the Paper applied for (BE/BTech, BArch, BPlan)

  • JEE Mains 2026 exam date
  • Reporting time

  • JEE Main exam shift timings
  • Gate closing time

  • State and city of the test centre
  • Test centre name and address
  • Self declaration

Q:   Will NTA send JEE Main admit card via email?

No. NTA will not send the JEE Main admit card via email. Candidates have to download the admit card from the official website - jeemain.nta.nic.in.

Q:   Do I need to paste any photo in JEE Main admit card?
A: 

Candidates have to paste the same photo in the admit card that they have uploaded in the JEE Main form. Photo must be pasted before reaching the exam centres.

Q:   Can I use my JEE Main city intimation slip for entry at exam hall instead of the admit card?
A: 

No. Only the JEE Main admit card can be used for entry at the JEE Mains centre. The city slip cannot be used for entry.

Q:   What to do after I download the JEE Main admit card?
A: 

After you download the JEE Mains admit card, you have to:

  1. Paste a photo (same as the one uploaded in the online form before reaching the exam centre).
  2. Do signature (on the exam day, in presence of invigilator)
  3. Put left hand thumb impression  (before reaching the exam centre)

No, JEE Main is not required to take admission in BTech at NMAM Institute of Technology, NITTE University. The college accepts NUCAT scores for BTech admissions. NUCAT is conducted by the institute itself. It has MCQ type questions with no negative marking.

No, candidates need to pass NMIMS CET conducted by the university for admission in BTech programme of NMIMS Chandigarh. SAT/ ACT qualified candidates can also get admission. Applicants have to confirm their seat by paying the course fee after completion of selection process.

Yes, JEE Main is enough for HVPM College of Engineering & Technology BTech admissions. The college accepts students through an entrance basis only. Hence, a student have either JEE Main or MHTCET score is eligible. The basic eligibility must also be fulfilled.

JEE Main is one of the accepted exams for Atharva School of Engineering and Technology BTech admissions. However, it is not compulsory. Students can also submit valid score obtained in MHT CET/ PERA CET/ CUET/ AU-AIET instead.

GRD Institute of Management and Technology does accept JEE Main scores for admission in BTech course. However, it is not compulsory. Aspirants with CUET-UG scores can also get a seat in BTech programme.
