SNAP exam dates 2026 are December 13, December 19 and December 26. SIU released the SNAP registration dates and exam schedule at its official website on August 21 and started the application process same day. Aspirants can fill the SNAP application form 2026 by creating a login ID. SNAP registration last date is November 25, 2026.
Second SNAP mock test 2026 (official) will be conducted on October 23, 2026. The last date to register for SNAP mock test 2 was October 20, 2026.
SNAP 2026 will be held in 79 cities. Candidates can select the test date and city according to their preference. They can select more than one exam session too. Read on this page, all about SNAP exam dates 2026.

SNAP Registration Dates 2026
SNAP application 2026 started on August 21.The SNAP form is to be filled online. It is a mandatory step for admission to MBA courses offered by the SIU. For SNAP exam registration, candidates will have to create a login ID. SNAP registration last date 2026 in November 25. Given below are the steps to fill the SNAP application form before the last date.

- Paying the SNAP application fee
- Uploading a passport size photo
- Entering personal and academic details
- Selecting SIU college and courses and paying the fee for it
It is mandatory to select SIU college and courses in SNAP exam form 2026 as seperate applications will not be accepted by the institutes for admission.

SNAP 2026 exam will be held on three days. Candidates can appear for 1, 2 or 3 sessions. Best of all the attempts by the candidate will be accepted for admission. SNAP Admit Card 2026 Dates
SNAP Admit Card 2026 will be released for each session on a specific date. The last date to download hall ticket of every SNAP 2026 session will be the exam day. Candidates will be required to carry the session specific admit card to the examination centre. They will have to carry a colour print out of the admit card with a passport size photo affixed on it. Candidates must preserve the SNAP 2026 admit card even after the exam day, until the admission process has been completed.

Commonly asked questions
There is no passing mark in SNAP. Candidates scoring more than 0 in the exam are eligible for WAT-PI round of SIU institutes. However, shortlisting of candidates are based on SNAP cut offs, which are between 50 to 99 percentile across the 16 SIU institutes. For example, SIBM Pune cut off for PI shortlisting in 98+ percentile, while SSSS Pune cut off is 55 percentile.
Minimum academic score required in graduation for MBA admission through SNAP is 50% for General category students and 45 % for SC/ST/PwD category students. It is a mandatory criterion so if you do not have this much score, you will not be selected for admission even if you meet SNAP cut off.
To effectively prepare for SNAP exam about 6 months are required. Candidates can start early too, but not later than when six months are left for the SNAP exam date. 6 months will give candidates to cover all the topics of SNAP syllabus and practice mock tests.
SNAP 2026 Result Date
SNAP Result 2026 will be released on January 12, 2027. The scorecards of all sessions will be released together. Candidates will be able to download their SNAP result by logging into their account. Candidates who shall have appeared for more than one session, will have the option to use the best score of all their attempts for SIU admission batch 2027.

Commonly asked questions
If your name does not reflect in the first list of candidates selected for admission through SNAP, then you must wait for second list. Colleges release wait list of candidates who are eligible for admission, if the seats remain vacant after first round of admission.
The minimum marks of every SIU institute varies. While for SIBM Pune and SCHMRD the minimum cut off is usually 95-98 percentile, the cut offs for SSBF Pune is nearly 60.
Minimum academic requirement for SIU admission through SNAP is graduation with at least 50% marks (45 % for reserved categories). Higher your academic score, higher the chances of getting selected.

The official SNAP question paper is not released by the exam authority anymore. It used to be released along with the answer key after the exam until 2019. Since 2020, when the exam format changed from single session to three sessions, the SNAP question paper, response sheet and answer key release was stopped. Now, after the SNAP exam, the authorities directly release the scorecards.
However, unofficial SNAP answer keys are released by coaching institutes and mentors for candidates to analyse their performance. The unofficial answer keys are released on the same day as exam session contain SNAP questions and their solved answers. These-memory based question paper and answer key help candidates in assessing their performance by seeing which of their attempts were correct and which were incorrect.
The official answer key of SNAP is not released. It used to be released till 2019, but since 2020, when the exam was revised to three session mode, the examination body does not release the official SNAP answer key. Since, the format of the exam now is such that it gives the candidate a chance to improve their score, only the scorecards are released finally.
Candidates can however get the unofficial and memory based answer keys from MBA preparation coaching institutes and study groups. These memory based SNAP answer keys help candidates in assessing their performance by providing them possible answers to questions by which they can calculate the number of correct and incorrect attempts.
SNAP mock test is an important part of exam preparation but they should know when to start practicing it. The candidates should start solving mock tests only after completing the SNAP syllabus. October-November is the ideal month to start solving mock tests for SNAP exam preparation as the exam is conducted in December. Those preparing for other entrance exams simultaneously, can practice SNAP mock test without completing the syllabus also as they would be already familiar with the topics, concepts, theorems, etc. Those who have attempted SNAP before, can start their preparation by attempting a SNAP mock test to see how much do they remember. Candidates should start solving the full length SNAP mock tests only when they are confident about every chapter and topic included in the SNAP syllabus.
SNAP total marks is 60 so 40 to 45 marks can be considered a good score. It will convert into about 97-98 percentile. So, it the exam, candidates must aim to attempt 40 to 45 questions correctly.
Two months may not be enough to prepare for SNAP exam, if you are attempting it for the first time. However, you can try with a very specific and focussed plan. Check SNAP question papers of previous years to know dominant subjects. Study only those thoroughly and practice mock tests side by side.
SNAP syllabus is not difficult as it contains the same topics as other MBA entrance exams. But the key to SNAP preparation lies in practicing SNAP specific questions.

A candidate can appear for upto three tests for both SNAP at SIU Pune. If a candidate appears for more than one test for either SNAP, the higher score will be considered for the final percentile calculation and there will be no normalization.
