JKCET 2026 Application Form: Last Date, Link, How to Apply, Documents Required, Fees

The candidates have to upload the below-given scanned documents in the online form, as applicable.

• Certificate of residence proof of domicile UT of J&K or Ladakh as the case may be
• Marks certificate of the class 12/ equivalent qualifying exam issued by the concerned Board
• Matriculation or equivalent exam certificate indicating Date of Birth issued by the respective Boards
• Reserved category candidates claiming benefits of reservation under Sports, JKPM, CDP and TFW quota have to upload a copy of their category certificate along with the online application form within the prescribed last date. However, their eligibility shall be considered at par with Open Merit candidates.
• Candidates have to upload a scanned copy of a recent photo, signature and thumb Impression

All the documents must be uploaded in the prescribed size and dimension as mentioned in the information brochure. Certificate of residence proof of domicile UT of J&K or Ladakh is an important document to be considered for admission, without which they will not be considered.

The scanned documents to be uploaded on the JKCET form must of the following specifications:

 The photo for uploading must be latest and taken in white background. Also, the signature has to be in running hand with blue/black ink, in white background.

Candidates can check here the instructions to fill application form of JKCET 2026. The application form was available only in the online mode. The direct link to fill application form of JKCET 2026 was available at JK-BOPEE portal. There was no offline form for JKCET exam.

Step 1- Registration: Candidates have to fill in following details to register before application form:

1. Candidate’s name
2. Candidate’s father's name
3. Date of birth in DD/MM/YYYY format
4. A valid email id and mobile number

Post registration, candidates can fill the detailed application form. Candidates will need to provide the following detailed in application form

1. Academic details
2. Complete address of correspondence and permanent address
3. Exam city preference

After completing all formalities, candidates will receive application number on registered email id.

Step 2- Fee Payment of JKCET Application Form 2026: After filling in details in application form, candidates have to pay prescribed JKCET application fee. Candidates have to click on 'Pay' button for fee payment. Candidates can pay fee online through debit card, credit card, and net banking. After successful payment, a transaction acknowledgement page with transaction details will be displayed on screen.

Step 3- Documents Upload: Candidates have to upload documents such as a reserved category certificate (if applicable), photo, signature, thumb impression, etc. The photo, signature, and thumb impression should be in JPG/JPEG format.

Step 4- Print JKCET 2026 Application Form: When candidates click on print application form link, preview of application form with all submitted details including payment details will be displayed on screen. Download or take a printout of application form and keep it safe until completion of admission process. Candidates need not send the form to JKCET office.

The application fee to apply for JKCET is INR 1000. To pay application fee, candidates have to use online payment method.

• The fee can only be paid online before last date of application submission.
• Fee payment option will be given only after candidate locks his/her preferences.
• Click on “make payment” button, candidate will be redirected to Billdesk page and make payment by choosing any available option.
• Payment Receipt will be generated after payment is successful. Candidates can take printouts of payment receipt.

The facility of JKCET application form correction is provided to modify details in the form. In case any candidate has filled incorrect information or made mistakes in the form, they can modify it during the correction period. The correction window opens after the application process. Candidates have to login to the website and modify details within the specified deadline. There is no fee for making corrections. Candidates must note that the application form correction facility is provided only once so all corrections must be done carefully.
