Candidates who want to apply for the AILET 2027 have to fill out the AILET application form before the last date. Candidates will be able to complete the AILET Registration in the given manner.

Final Step: Pay the application fee
The candidates will be able to pay the fee to complete their registration either online or offline.
Online mode - Candidates can pay the application fee through Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking option through an online payment gateway. To pay the application fee, select the mode of payment as 'Online Payment Gateway' and fill in the details of the card or net banking, and proceed to pay.
Offline mode - If candidates want to pay the application fee in offline mode, then they have to select 'Cash Deposit at post office' as the mode of payment. Then they have to select their city, the nearest branch, and a challan will be generated. Download it and pay the fee in cash at the selected branch within 48 hours of generating the challan. Once the fee has been paid, the updated status will reflect on the applicant's account within 72 hours.

After paying the application fee, double-check the information provided on the application form. Then submit it and take a print a few copies of the submitted AILET application form so you can keep them safe for later use.

AILET PG Application Process 2027
The registration for AILET 2027 LLM or AILET PG 2027 commenced at nationallawuniversitydelhi.in. Candidates looking to take admission to the LLM course at the NLU Delhi will have to follow the same steps for AILET LLM 2027 exam registration as those of AILET 2027 BA LLB registration.

What After AILET Registration 2027?
Once the AILET Registration Form is submitted, NLU Delhi will release the admit card or hall ticket. It will be mandatory for candidates to carry the AILET admit card to the exam hall. Without the hall ticket, candidates will not be allowed to sit for the exam. Along with this document, candidates also need to carry a valid photo ID proof (Aadhaar Card/Voter ID/Passport).
Follow the method given below to download the AILET admit card,
- Visit, nationallawuniversitydelhi.in.
- Use the login ID and password to login to the candidate account.
- The admit card link will be displayed on the dashboard.
- Click on the admit card link to download your AILET admit card.
- Download and save the admit card for future reference (multiple copies).
Documents Required for AILET Application Form 2027
Candidates applying for the AILET 2027 exam must keep the important documents ready before applying for the exam. Refer to the list of documents required to fill the AILET 2027 application form below,
- Class 10th/ 12th Marksheet and certificate
- Passport-size photo with white background (Size should be less than 1 MB, format .jpg/.jpeg)
- Scanned signature (maximum size 1 MB, format - .jpg/.jpeg)

AILET 2026 exam was conducted on December 14, 2025 in online mode. AILET 2026 Result is available to download on the website. NLU Delhi released the AILET first merit list 2026 on January 8, 2026.

No. One cant change the AILET Exam centre once the application form is submitted online. Candidates have to choose options of exam centre while applying for the exam. The exam centre option is filled during the final registration for AILET. Candidates can declare maximum 3 options for exam centre. AILET will let candidates know about name and address of exam centre through the admit card. The admit card for AILET has to be carried to the exam centre else candidates will not be allowed to enter the examination hall.
Candidates must note that the counseling fee has to be paid online using Digital Payment methods like Credit/ Debit cards, Net-banking, UPI, etc. only. Candidates can check the AILET 2026 Counselling registration fee below. Candidates who will register for the AILET 2026 counselling will only be allowed to appear. Candidates must note that only those who have their names in the merit list will be allowed to appear in the AILET 2026 Counselling process.

NLU Delhi provides admission to its BA LLB and LLM programme based on the AILET 2026 scores. However, all other NLUs in the country accept CLAT scores for providing admission to their courses. Candidates can sit for both the entrance exams to expand their scope of admission.
Candidates can download the AILET sample papers from the official website. AILET PYQs and sample papers are available on this page. To download the previou syear sample papers, click on the relevant sample paper available in PDF format. Practice them to appear in the exam with confidence.
No, the admit card of AILET is issued at least 10 days before the examination after NLUD assess the total applicants and availability of seats at the testing locations. The admit card will be made available for download on the official website of the institute; i.e. nationallawuniversitydelhi.in. The National Law University, Delhi will tentatively release the admit card for AILET 2025 in the fourth week of November 2024. The admit cards are issued to candidates who have successfully completed the AILET 2025 application process.
Candidates are advised to take a coloured printout of the admit card. However, it is not compulsory. NLU Delhi has not stated any guideline regarding this. They must also ensure that they have two to three spare copies of the admit card for future use. However, in case a candidate does not have access to a coloured printer, she/he can take a black and white printout of the AILET admit card as well, but the details such as photograph and text should be clearly visible.
No, candidates were not allowed to appear for the examination without a valid photo ID. Candidates were advised to keep the following three things ready with them, a day before the examination; a valid photo ID proof, AILET admit card, and a recent passport-sized photograph. These were the mandatory documents to be produced during entry to the AILET exam centre. The valid photo identity card which would be allowed at the AILET 2027 exam centre include Aadhaar card/ Driving Licence/ PAN Card/ Passport/ Voter Id. The admit card should also have the passport and postcard-sized photographs pasted on it.
