No, the KMAT exam will be conducted only in single shift. Since the COVID-19 pandemic, the KPPGCA, exam conducting authority, has resolved to the remote-proctored mode. The KMAT exam is held for two hours or 120 minutes. There is only one slot for the KMAT exam. KMAT exam does not have a sectional time limit.
