The breakdown of the TG ICET 2025 exam is as follows:

1. Arithmetic Ability (35 questions):

   • Dominated by number system questions.

   • Topics: indices and surds, simplification, ratio & proportions, CP & SP, mensuration, time and work, and TSD.

   • Some questions required higher-order thinking.

2. Algebraic & Geometric Ability (30 questions):

   • Topics: polynomials, APs & GPs, trigonometry, lines & angles, circles, quadrilaterals, coordinate geometry.

   • Included questions on height and distance, requiring trigonometry.

3. Statistical Ability (10 questions):

   • Focused on mean, median, mode, and basic probability.

   • Considered the easiest section.

The exam was reported as lengthy, with some candidates unable to answer 40-50 questions due to time constraints.

TG ICET June 9 FN shift exam will be held from 10 AM across multiple test centres in Telangana. Candidates have started reaching the TG ICET exam centre.

Day 1 of TG ICET 2025 exam recorded around 90 per cent attendance across both the shifts. The first shift of the TG ICET June 8 exam had the exam in 93 test centres, whereas the second shift was scheduled to be held in 91 test centres. 24,000 candidates each were scheduled to appear for the both the shifts of TG ICET day 1 exam.

In the FN shift, as many as 21,897 candidates appeared for the exam. Whereas, in the AN shift, 22,136 candidates appeared for the TG ICET 2025 exam.

TG ICET Toughest Section 2025

Candidates must carry a hard copy of the ICET hall ticket. No candidate will be allowed to enter the exam hall who present a digital copy of their hall ticket.

Candidates appearing for the TS ICET 2025 exam today must not forget to carry their TG ICET hall tickets to the test centre.

TG ICET 2025 exam requires candidates to answer as many as 200 questions within 150 minutes. This gives each question a time duration of around 40 seconds. Candidates must practice to solve each question in less than 40 seconds to complete the TG ICET exam on time.

Candidates appearing for the Telangana ICET 2025 exam must avoid carrying smartphones or any other electronic gadgets inside the test centre. There might not be any locker facility inside the TS ICET exam centre. Therefore, candidates must not carry smartphones or other electronic gadgets to the exam centre today.

Candidates appearing for the Telangana ICET exam must meet the qualifying cutoff to be eligible for the MBA admission process. UR category candidates need a qualifying cutoff score of 25 per cent, i.e. at least 50 marks out of 200. There is no minimum qualifying cutoff score for candidates belonging to SC and ST categories.

Overall difficulty standards of the TG ICET 2025 June 8 (AN) shift was easy to moderate. Candidates did not find any surprise elements in the exam.

As per the expected TS ICET syllabus weightage, there will be 10 coding and decoding questions in the ICET Analytical Ability section.

The Mathematical Ability section of the TG ICET 2025 exam will have a sub-section, namely Statistical Ability. Candidates will have to answer a total of 10 questions from the Statistical Ability section. Topics under the TS ICET Statistical Ability section are as follows:

Test takers were anxious about getting a signature of a gazetted officer, such as a principal, on the TS ICET hall ticket. MGU, Nalgonda, has clarified that there is no need of signature of a principal on the Telangana ICET admit card.

The TS ICET 2025 exam difficulty is expected to range from easy to moderate. The initial analysis of the exam will offer a clear insight into its overall difficulty level of the exam. In the past sessions, candidates found the TG ICET to be less challenging than other MBA entrance exams such as CAT, XAT, and SNAP.

Candidates must go through the important instructions mentioned on the TS ICET 2025 admit card before leaving for the test centre. These instructions include prohibited items inside the centre, and other TG ICET exam day guidelines to facilitate a smooth examination process.
