
The National Testing Agency conducted the CUET PG 2026 exam till March 27. The candidates should note that the exam was conducted in 157 subjects for the admission to the PG courses in the participating institutions. The NTA conducted the exam online as a Computer-Based Test(CBT). Now the Agency will release the tentative answer key and candidates response sheet under the candidate's login.
They will be required to login with their application number and password to download their CUET PG response sheet with answers. The Agency will also ask the candidates to send objection against the incorrect answers (if any) given in the CUET PG 2026 answer key. The candidates will also be required to pay a fee of INR 200 for each such objection. The final answer key will be released separately for all the subjects.The Agency will analyse the objections received and prepare the final answer key based on which the CUET PG result will be prepared and released.

CUET PG Answer key 2026
Answer Key: Apr ' 26
CUET PG 2026 Answer Key will be released by NTA in the fourth week of April 2026, tentatively. At first, the exam officials will release the CUET PG answer key. Candidates' answer sheets will also be released. Comparing these two, they will be able to calculate their estimated scores. In case of any discrepancy, candidates can submit objections or challenges within the stipulated time mentioned by the NTA. The fee to submit an objection against each answer key was INR 200. An expert committee set by the exam conducting body will evaluate the answers/ objections raised by the CUET PG 2026 test takers.

- Click on the link indicating Answer Key/OMR Sheet Objection Submission
- Log in with the registration credentials
- Check the response sheets and answer keys of the respective papers or subjects
How to Submit Objections Against CUET PG Answer Keys
The process to submit objections against the CUET PG Answer Keys or Response Sheets is given below.
- Go to the CUET PG portal
- Click on View/Challenge Answer Key button
- To challenge the given correct option, click on the adjacent checkbox
- Upload Supporting Documents in PDF by clicking on Choose File
- After clicking on the Option IDs for challenge, click on Submit and Review Claims
- The list of questions with Option IDs submitted for challenge is displayed
- Click on Modify Claims to make changes
- Click on Save Claim and Pay Fee to select payment options
- The fee for submitting option against each question is INR 200, to be paid in online mode, through Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking or UPI
- The fee is non-refundable.

What is CUET PG
CUET PG 2026 is one of the most important exams held for admisison into postgraduate courses in various streams including science, Humanities, Engineering, Management, Law, etc. Exam is held for admissiin into central, state, and private universities. Around 4 to 5 lakh appear for CUET PG exam. Since its launch in 2022, CUET has become most popular exam at PG level. CUET PG 2026 scores will be accepted by prominent institutes like the University of Delhi, TISS, JNU, BHU, etc., for their master's degree course admissions.
The exam will be conducted for admission to multiple postgraduate courses, such as MSc, MA, MCom, MBA, MTech, LLM, etc. The subjects or papers of CUET PG are segregated into Science, Humanities, MTech, Language, Acharya and Common. CUET PG exam pattern 2026 consists of 75 questions to be completed in 90 minutes. As per CUET PG pattern 2026, each correct answer will carry four marks, and for each wrong answer, 1 mark will be deducted. And the unanswered questions will not receive marks. CUET PG 2026 Preparation
The CUET PG preparation should start at least a year before the exam. Hence, students in their final year of college should start by knowing about the exam, followed by identifying the strengths and weaknesses, writing mock tests, to begin with.
- Know the exam: First and foremost, know the exam pattern, in terms of duration, number and type of questions and marking scheme.
- Select the papers or subjects: Next, select the subject or papers you want to opt for. According to NTA, students can select up to four test papers. Based on that, the preparation has to be done.
- Check the syllabus: NTA provides a detailed syllabus for each subject. Before starting the preparation, students should go through the topics and chapters. The syllabus is designed in line with the curriculum of the Bachelor's degree courses or equivalent.
- Get the right books and study materials: Generally, the college textbooks and study materials are sufficient for preparing for CUET PG 2026. But students may look for subject-specific notes and guidebooks available in the market, published specifically for CUET PG preparation.
- Solve previous years CUET PG question papers: The CUET PG question papers for the past years are released by NTA. Students are advised to download and solve them to gain an in-depth understanding of the question types and topics covered.
- Take CUET PG mock tests: Taking CUET PG mock tests in an exam-specific environment and duration will act as the core for preparation. CUET PG mocks are provided by coaching institutes as well as NTA. Writing mock tests will not only help students in practising the questions, but also in other aspects, such as managing time and deciding the test-taking methods. After the mock tests, it is equally important to get the performance analysed by teachers to improve the performance.

CUET PG Test Centres 2026
The Test Centres of CUET PG 2026 were located in 292 cities across India and abroad. As many as 16 international cities were also chosen by NTA. Candidates were required to select four test cities while filling the application form for CUET PG 2026 in preferential order. The application fee were also vary as per the selection of the Indian and international CUET PG 2026 exam centre. Once the test centre was allotted in the admit card, candidates' requests to change the test city was not entertained.
