TANCET exam: Candidates who would successfully register for the exam will have to appear for the entrance exam on the scheduled date. TANCET MBA question paper will be divided into five parts —Business Situations, Reading Comprehension, Quantitative Ability, Data Sufficiency and English Usage. TANCET MCA question paper comprises four sections, namely Quantitative Aptitude, Analytical Reasoning, Computer Awareness, and Logical Reasoning. The question paper for ME/ MTech / MArch/ MPlan will have two parts in common, Part I (Engineering Mathematics) and Part II (Basic Engineering and Sciences), while Part III will be different for each discipline.
TANCET result: TANCET Result will be declared in the second week of March. Candidates can check their results and download their scorecards from the official website by logging in with their email ID and password. TANCET 2026 scorecard displays the name of the candidate, application number, nationality, category, and overall score. The normalisation of marks is done for ME/ MTech/ MArch / MPlan programmes only. The rank list will be prepared based on the normalised marks of the candidate.
TANCET counselling: Qualified candidates are called for the counselling rounds on the basis of their TANCET ranks. To participate in the TANCET counselling, candidates will be required to register on Anna University’s website. Admission are offered based on the seats available and the merit. Candidates are allotted seat in MCA programme of PSGCT Coimbatore based on TANCET scores. Aspirants need to participate in DoTE, Chennai counselling for admission. Hence, TANCET is required for admission on Government Quota seats.
