IIT Gandhinagar e-Masters in Energy Policy and Regulation
IIT Gandhinagar e-Masters Programme: The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Gandhinagar is accepting the application for batch 2 e-Masters in Energy Policy and Regulation. Candidates with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline (such as Engineering, Economics, Law, Commerce, Management, or Finance) with a minimum of 60% marks or a 6.0 CGPA on a 10-point scale are eligible for IIT Gandhinagar e-Masters in Energy Policy and Regulation.
Also, no GATE score is required for admission to e-Masters in Energy Policy and Regulation. Candidates need to visit the official website to apply for IIT Gandhinagar e-Masters programme. Along with that, they need to pay INR 1000 to fill out the IIT Gandhinagar e-Masters programme application form. The last date to apply will be notified soon.
IIT Gandhinagar e-Masters in Energy Policy and Regulation Curriculum
The e-Masters degree programme in in Energy Policy and Regulation spans two years, comprising six modules spread over 52 credits, with each module lasting 12 to 14 weeks. The curriculum is carefully designed by experts at IIT Gandhinagar and is tailored to meet the skill needs of the energy and power sector. It combines strong theoretical foundations with practical learning to help students build real-world expertise.
The IITGN e-Masters degree programme offers live interactive online sessions, recorded lectures for revision or missed classes, and exclusive guest sessions with industry leaders and domain experts. IIT Roorkee has REVISED the GATE 2025 application form dates. As per the revised schedule, GATE 2025 registrations had started on 28 August, 2024. The last date for GATE 2025 registration have been extended to October 3, 2024 (without late fees). Earlier, candidates had to submit the application form by 26 September 2024, with regular fees. Candidates will be able to submit the GATE 2025 application form with late fees until October 11, 2024 (extended).
Candidates can complete information by clicking on the given link: GATE 2025 Application form. To enroll for the GATE exam, candidates have to pay a requisite fee of INR 900 (for female/SC/ST/PWD candidates) and INR 1800 (for other candidates) during the regular period. A late fee of INR 500 is charged for candidates applying after October 3, 2024.
PhD admission at IIT Gandhinagar is subject to a written test and/ or interview conducted by the institute. However, students are also required to meet the minimum eligibility criteria set by the institute. The same is as follows: For regular PhD: A pass in MA/ MSc/ BTech/ MTech/ BS (IISc, IISER)/ BS-MS (IISER) or equivalent degree with 55% or 5.5 CPI For Start Early PhD:
- BTech students from NITs and selected colleges who will graduate in 2022 or have graduated in 2021 and are among the top five rank holders in the departments at the end of their pre-final year and final year
- BTech students from IITs who will graduate in 2022 or have graduated in 2021 with a CPI/ CGPA of not less than 6.0 at the end of their third year and fourth year respectively
