MET 2026 application form for Phase 2 exam is now available until April 26. Students can now register for MET 2026 using their basic details at manipal.edu. To participate in entrance exam and admission process, the students will have to fill out and submit MET 2026 registration before final date. Before registration, they are advised to check official eligibility criteria. During MET application form filling process, students will have to provide their personal, academic and contact information.

Preferred MET 2026 exam centres also have to be selected in order of preference. MET 2026 application fee has to be paid online, i.e., through net banking/credit card/debit card. Registered candidates will be ablel to book slots to download MET 2026 hall ticket. For Phase 1 of MET 2026 exam, candidates were able to register from October 1 to March 23. Steps to fill MET 2026 application form?

For Phase 2 exam, MET application form 2026 is now available at manipal.edu. To be registered for exam, candidates have to fill and submit online application form by April 26. Offline applications will not be accepted by the authorities. Candidates are advised to check official MET eligibility criteria before registrations. To fill online MET 2026 application form, candidates can follow steps given below.

  • Registration: Candidates will have to go to manipal.edu and click on application form link. To be registered, candidates will have to use basic details. Once details are submitted for registration, it cannot be changed.
  • Login to Fill Application Form: Next, they will have to log in and fill application form with required information. All submitted details have to be correct. Candidates will also have to select their course and programme and preferred centres.
  • Fee Payment: MET 2026 application fee has to be paid through net banking, credit card or debit card. No offline fee will be paid.
  • Uploading of Documents: Scanned documents have to be uploaded correctly.
  • Submission of Form: Finally, application form has to be submitted.

Mode of MET application fee payment is online, i.e., through net banking/credit card/debit card/mobile payment/PayTM/UPI. The authorities will not accept any other mode of payment. In case the candidates are unable to make their payment before the final date, they are not allowed to attempt the exam.

What after MET registration 2026?

MET 2026 registration has to be completed before candidates book their exam slots. MAHE will release MET slot booking 2026 link at official website. All candidates will have to book their slots as per their preference and slot availability. It is important to book slots according to preferences. After booking their slots, MET 2026 hall ticket will be available for download.

Through hall ticket, candidates will be able to know their allotted exam centre, date, timings, guidelines and more. While reporting to exam center, they will have to bring their admit card along with an original valid ID proof. For every phase of exam, separate slot booking and hall ticket will be released. If candidates forget to book their slots, it will be automatically allotted.

Q:   What is the 12th standard marks required to be eligible for MET?

As per MET eligibility criteria, students should have atleast 50 percent marks in 12th class examination. Students should have studied Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and one optional subject.

Q:   What is the total score in MET?

As per MET exam pattern, total score is 240. However, for every wrong answer in MCQs, one mark will be deducted. There is no negative marking for NATs.

Q:   How can I get the MET syllabus PDF?

MET syllabus PDF is released online at official website. Candidates can download the subject wise syllabus to know the topics that has to be studied for the exam.

Q:   What is the overall difficulty level of MET?

Overall, MET is of moderate difficulty. Candidates who are prepared for board exams will be able to simultaneously prepare for MET. In comparison to national level exams such as JEE Main, MET is considered easier.

MET will be conducted as an online test. Students will have to report to exam centres. MET will be held in available systems at exam centre. Offline exam will not be held.
