TS EAMCET 2026:  Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad, on behalf of Telangana Council of Higher Education (TGCHE), will conduct the TG EAPCET 2026 exam. The authority has commenced the TS EAMCET 2026 registration at eapcet.tgche.ac.in. Eligible applicants can apply by April 4, without paying any late fee.

TS EAMCET 2026 exam dates have also been announced. The exam will be held in computer-based test mode over a period of four days. The exam for Agriculture & Pharmacy (A&P) will be held on May 4 and 5. On the other hand, the exam for Engineering (E) will be held on May 9 and 11. On each day, the exam will be held in two shifts - Forenoon from 09.00 AM to 12.00 Noon and Afternoon (AN) from 03.00 PM to 06.00 PM.

What is TS EAMCET?

TS EAMCET stands for Telangana State Engineering, Agriculture, and Medical Common Entrance Test. It is a state-level entrance test for admission to BE, B.Tech, BPharm, PharmD, B.Sc, B.FSc, and BVSc courses. This state-level examination is the prerequisite for admission into various professional courses offered in University / Private Colleges in Telangana and is held once a year.

Candidates are allotted seats based on the TS EAMCET marks and rank via an online centralized counselling process. To get a place in the  TS EAMCET rank list, candidates have to score at least 25% of the maximum marks in TS EAMCET. However, no minimum qualifying mark is prescribed for candidates belonging to SC / ST candidates.

Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad has released the TS EAMCET 2026 application form. Applicants looking for admission to engineering courses can fill the TS EAMCET application form 2026 at eapcet.tgche.ac.in/Home.aspx till the last date.

The application process of TS EAMCET 2026 comprises registration, filling form, uploading documents, and payment of the fee. The TS EAPCET 2026 form will be available only in online mode. Note the following details while filling out the online TS EAMCET application form 2026:

  • Candidates with Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry / Bio-Tech / Biology as optional subjects in their Intermediate or its equivalent course should submit an “E” stream online application for Engineering BE/BTech/BTech (Ag Engineering)/BTech (Dairy Technology)/BTech(FT)/BPharm (MPC)/PharmD (MPC) courses

TS EAMCET Eligibility Criteria - Nationality

  1. Candidates applying for TS EAMCET 2026 should be Indian National/ Persons of Indian Origin (PIO) / Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) Card Holders.
  2. They should belong to the state of Telangana/Andhra Pradesh.
  3. They should satisfy local/non–local status requirements as laid down in the Telangana/Andhra Pradesh Education Institutions (Regulations of Admission) order, 1974, as subsequently amended.

TS EAMCET 2026 Eligibility Criteria - Age Limit

Candidates must be 17 years of age as of December 31 of the year of admission, and an upper age limit of 22 years for all the candidates and 25 years in respect of scheduled caste and scheduled tribe candidates as of December 31 of the year of admission.

TS EAMCET Eligibility Criteria - Courses

For Engineering, Bio-Tech (Dairy Technology), B.Tech (Ag. Engineering), and for 50% seats in B. Pharmacy, B.Tech (Food Science and Technology (FST) /B.Sc (Commercial Agri & Business Mgt. (CA & BM) Courses:

  • Candidates should have passed or appeared for the final year of the Intermediate Examination (10+2 pattern) with Mathematics, Physics along with Chemistry / Biotechnology / Biology as optional or related vocational courses in the fields of Engineering and Technology, conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Telangana / Andhra Pradesh along with bridge course or courses conducted by it for candidates enrolled during 2001-2003 and subsequent batches, or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto by the Board of Intermediate Education, Telangana / Andhra Pradesh, provided that candidates who have passed or appeared for the final year of Intermediate Examination (10+2 pattern) with Biology, Physics and Chemistry as optional along with the bridge course examination in Mathematics conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Telangana / Andhra Pradesh shall also be eligible for the Biotechnology course.

OR

  • Aspirants should have passed or appeared at the final year of the Diploma examination in Engineering conducted by the State Board of Technical Education and Training, Telangana / Andhra Pradesh or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto by the State Board of Technical Education and Training, Telangana / A.P.
  • Candidate should obtain at least 45% of marks (40% in case of candidates belonging to the reserved category) in the subjects specified taken together at 10+2.
  • In the case of Engineering and Pharmacy courses, candidates should have completed 16 years of age, as of 31st December of the year of admission. There is no upper age limit.
  • In the case of BTech (Dairy Technology), BTech. (Ag. Engineering), BTech (FST) and B.Sc. Applicants declared qualified based on results will have to participate in TS EAMCET counselling 2026. The exam authority will conduct the TS EAMCET counselling 2026 in three phases.
