CLAT 2025 Result is expected to be delayed as plea has been filed in the Supreme Court challenging the CLAT 2025 provisional answer key for the recently conducted Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2025 for PG admissions. CLAT 2025 Result: A writ petition has been filed in the Supreme Court challenging the CLAT 2025 provisional answer key for the recently conducted Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2025 for PG admissions. The petitioners, who appeared for the LLM entrance exam at National Law Universities, claim that there were multiple errors in the provisional answer key released on December 2, alleging that 12 questions were marked incorrectly. 

The petitioners also raised concerns about the limited time allowed for objection submissions, as the portal for submitting objections was closed on December 3 at 4 PM, just one day after the provisional key was released. They further argue that the fee of INR. 1,000 per objection was unreasonable, especially after the already high examination fee of INR. 4,000. 

The petitioners also object to the delayed distribution of exam materials, claiming that the sealed envelopes containing the Question Booklet (QB) and CLAT 2025 OMR response sheets were provided after 2:00 PM, despite being scheduled for 1:50 PM. The petitioners argue that these actions violate their fundamental rights under Articles 14 and 21A, and have requested a stay on the publication of the final CLAT 2025 results and the subsequent CLAT 2025 counselling process.

The case has been filed by Anam Khan and Ayush Agarwal, with representation from Advocates Manasi Bhushan, Shakshi Sharma, Sanjana Patel, Akshit Chaudhary, Chetan, and Ankit Chaturvedi (AOR).

It must be noted that CLAT 2025 Final Answer Key is scheduled to be released on December 9, 2024. The CLAT 2025 Result will be announced on December 10, 2024.
