No, class 11th subject syllabus is not included in CUET UG exam. Students who are preparing for CUET 2026 exam must focus on class 12th NCERT curriculum. In CUET, General Aptitude Test is conducted to assess candidate's mental ability, logical reasoning, quantitative reasoning, general knowdlege, current affairs and so forth. It is an optional CUET subject that can be opted as per the university and course criteria. It is not compulsory for candidates to opt for CUET General Aptitude Test. Candidates can opt for CUET General Aptitude Test for courses which mentions the deleted CUET subjects and for the vocational courses. 

No, candidates cannot appear for CUET UG 2026 exam if they have not filled the CUET application form. NTA closed the CUET registrations 2026 on February 26, 2026. Candidates who are willing to appear for CUET UG exam must now stay updated with CUET 2027 schedule and notification.

On analysing the CUET UG cut off for the academic year 2025-26, scoring above 700 marks can be considered a good score in CUET UG. Yes, it is important for students to align the CUET UG subjects with the subjects studied in class 12th. Top central universities like Delhi University, does not accept CUET subject scores which have not been studied by student in class 12th. While selecting CUET subjects candidates must make sure that CUET subjects must closely or completely align with the subjects studied in class 12th. Failing which, candidate will be disqualified for admission despite a good score.

CUET UG syllabus for Delhi University admission is completely based on NCERT curriculum. CUET UG syllabus for Delhi University varies depending on the course that candidate desires to pursue and CUET subjects that have been opted. Candidates can download the CUET UG 2026 syllabus for 13 languages, 23 domain subjects and General Aptitude Test from the official website. 

The CUET questions are objective in nature and carries four options also known as MCQs. Candidates will have to choose the correct answer option and click on it with the help of mouse. Since CUET UG 2026 exam will be conducted in a CBT mode, test-takers will be able to mark only one answer option. In case it is the correct option, students will get +5 marks and in case of wrong answer, negative marking scheme will be applied. Hence, candidates must ensure the accuracy of the answer before selecting the answer. 

CUET UG total marks is 250 Marks for each subject. Candidates can choose up to five CUET subjects. Each subject paper has 50 questions which will total to 250 marks for each subject. For every correct answer, candidate will get 5 marks. The CUET total marks will be uniform for all 37 subjects. The Total CUET subjects marks can vary depending on the number of subjects chosen by candidates.

• If three CUET subjects chosen: 750 total marks
• If four CUET subjects chosen: 1000 total marks
• If five CUET subjects chosen: 1250 total marks

CUET UG general test will cover the topics from the following:

• General Knowledge, Current Affairs
• General mental ability, Numerical ability
• Reasoning (Simple application of basic Mathematical concepts, quantitative arithmetic, algebra geometry, mensuration and statistics)
• Logical and analytical reasoning

CUET General Aptitude Test Syllabus

No, CUET UG exam duration will not vary for each subject. The exam duration will be unform for all CUET subjects that is 60 minutes. Candidates will be required to attempt 50 questions within the given time limit. The marking scheme of each question remains the same.
