JEE Main 2026 Toppers: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the JEE Main session 1 result 2026 on the official website - jeemain,nta.nic.in. This year, in session 1, 12 candidates have acheived perfect 100 percentile. The most number ot toppers are from Rajasthan. There are no femal candidate with a perfect 100 percentile; however, the female candidate scoring the highest marks is ASHI GREWAL from Haryana with 99.9969766 percentile.

The result has been released on February 16 at jeemain.nat.nic.in. Along with the result, NTA has released the JEE Main 2026 toppers. The candidates who have scored 100 percentile in JEE Mains have been declared as the toppers of JEE Mains session 1. NTA has also released session 1 toppers state-wise, category-wise, and gender wise.
Candidates can check the JEE Main 2026 result under their respective login of the candidates using their application number and password. Note that the session 1 result is not the final result of JEE Mains. The final result will be announced after the JEE Main 2026 session 2 exam on or before April 20. The All India Rank and JEE Mains cutoff 2026 will be available with the April session result only.
Note that NTA has first released the JEE Main 2026 result for paper 1 (BE/BTech), and the paper 2 result for BArch and BPlan will be released later on.

As per many experts, JEE Main 2026 exam held in session 1 was the toughest in recent history.
Chemistry was the easiest subject and NCERT based. It was lengthy and tricky this year.
Maths was the toughest, and physics was also moderate to tough. Overall paper was lengthy, and candidates found it difficult to manage time and complete paper on time.
NTA has conducted the JEE Main 2026 January session exam for BE/BTech candidates successfully across multiple cities in India and abroad. The exam was held on January 21, 22, 23, 24 and 28 and on each day, there were 2 shifts. A total of 10 shifts were held for Paper 1. As per the official NTA data, across the 10 shifts, 13,00,368 candidates have appeared out of the 13,50,969 candidates scheduled to appear.
NTA has announced the JEE Main 2026 exam date for Session 2. JEE Main 2026 Session 2 exam will be held from 2nd April 2026 to 9th April 2026. The JEE Main Application Form 2026 for Session 2 will be available on the website jeemain.nta.nic.in.
