The CLAT Exam Date 2026 is December 07, 2025. The CLAT Exam Timing 2026 will be 2 pm to 4 pm. Earlier, the Consortium published the CLAT 2026 Official Sample Paper on its portal. On Exam Day, candidates must carry the CLAT Hall Ticket and one Photo ID proof. Candidates can download the CLAT Admit Card 2026 until 1.30 pm on exam day. The Consortium will publish the CLAT 2026 Provisional Answer Key a few hours after the exam is over. Candidates will be able to raise objections on CLAT Answer Key 2026 once the Consortium activates the link. After receiving all the objections, the Consortium will publish the CLAT 2026 Final Answer Key. Based on that, the CLAT 2026 Result will be announced. CLAT 2026 Highlights
The Common Law Admission Test is a law entrance exam. It is conducted for admission to 5-year integrated LLB (UG) and one-year LLM (PG) courses. The exam is held for admission to 24 NLUs for UG courses and 21 NLUs for PG courses.
Based on CLAT scores, the admissions are offered by NLUs. Apart from the NLUs in India:

- Some public organizations such as ONGC and BHEL use CLAT-PG scores for recruitment.

CLAT is one of the most important law entrance exams in the country and is the most difficult to crack. More than 1 lakh candidates will appear for the CLAT exam this year. 97.03 per cent of the candidates registered for the CLAT 2025 Undergraduate test, and 93.92 per cent of the candidates registered for the CLAT 2025 Postgraduate test appeared in the exam.

See, it doesn't matter that you fill the form through laptop or phone. What matters is you fill the form. Yes, you should have good network connection and internet speed. It should not happen that you have filled the form and when you reach the last step you loose the connection. So what is important is network connection not the phone or laptop to fill the application form.
You don't have to worry. In case you have forgotten your ID and password, which is pretty much normal. You can go and click on the forgot password tab in the registration window. You will receive the mail and then you have to reset your password. Once day you will be able to login.

The Consortium of NLUs has released the Sample Papers for the CLAT 2026 on December 3, 2025. Candidates can access the question papers through the Candidate's login. CLAT 2026 Exam Centres
The NLU Consortium has released the list of exam cities for the CLAT exam. Students can select at least three CLAT Test Centre (nearest first) as their preferred location. For this, they have to mark their options in CLAT 2026 application form. Students are allowed to select up to three CLAT test centres while filling up the application form. The exam centers of CLAT 2026 is allotted to the students on the basis of their preference and the availability of seats. The Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2026 will be conducted in around 139 test centres across the country.

The exam authority will publish the CLAT Answer Key 2026 in two steps. Firstly, Provisional Answer Key and then Final Answer Key. Students who appeared for CLAT Exam can download the official CLAT 2026 Answer Key online by visiting the official website; i.e. consortiumofnlus.ac.in. The answer key mentions the correct options against each question asked in the question paper. Generally, the CLAT Application Correction Window remains open for two to three days. It must be noted that if you miss this chance to correct the application form, then you won't get any other chance.
No, there is no such provision given by the Consortium to fill out the application form offline. Candidates must note that the last date to fill the CLAT Application Form 2026 was Nov 07, 2025. You can only fill out the application form online. The form will be considered submitted only if you pay the fees.
