CLAT 2027: The Consortium of National Law Universities is expected to release the CLAT Notification 2027 in July. It will carry all important details about the CLAT Exam like dates, application process, eligibility criteria, pattern, syllabus, etc. Students must note that the CLAT Application Form is completely online. 

The CLAT 2027 Exam will be held in December 2026. As per the CLAT Exam Pattern, the questions will be asked from five subjects: i.e. English, Current Affairs, Legal Reasoning, and Quantitative Techniques. CLAT Postgraduate exam will be held on the same day. The CLAT PG exam includes subjects like Constitutional Law and other legal subjects such as Jurisprudence, Torts, IPC, CrPC, CPC, Family Law, and IPR.

What is CLAT Exam?

The Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) is a law exam for admission to UG and PG programs in India. Through CLAT, candidates can get admission entry into 5-year integrated LLB and one-year LLM courses.

You should understand that once you opt to get out of the counselling process you can not go back. You will get option to either freeze your seat or choose to let it go and participate in next round. You can anytime exit the whole process too.

There is no restriction as such for the CLAT exam. Thus, one can give CLAT any number of times they want to. Candidates should not feel bad if they are not able to clear the CLAT exam in first time.

No you can not get admission to 24 participating NLUs without clearing CLAT Exam. For admission to NLU Delhi, you need to clear AILET Exam.
