GUJCET Application Form 2026: Registration Last Date Jan 16, Direct Link, Steps & Eligibility

To apply for GUJCET 2026 exam, students must have an active email ID and mobile phone number. They have to fill details about academic qualifications, personal information like name, category, gender, address of comuunication etc. Students also have to upload scanned images of passport-size colour photograph and signature in prescribed format in the form. The application form of GUJCET 2026 will be submmitted upon successful payment of fees. Candidates must download and take its printout.

To fill application form, arrange following documents for GUJCET application form-

• Scanned photo & signature
• Aadhar/ID proof
• Debit/Credit/Net Banking for fee payment
• 10th/12th mark sheets/details, however, it will be used to fill the marks

Instructions before submitting application form of GUJCET 2026:

• Upload Photo and signature
• Scanned documents should be in .jpg/.jpeg format
• While scanning signature or photo, Image resolution should be 300 DPI (Dots per Inch) or above
• Size of attachments must be between 5KB and 50KB Dimensions : 120px X 120px
• Photograph must be taken in white or light background
• Face should occupy 50% of area in photograph, and full face view is important. Students must look directly into the camera
• Main features of face must not be covered by hair, any cloth or any shadow. Forehead both eyes nose cheeks lip and chin must be visible
• Do not wear specs with dark glasses, only clear glass allowed
• Do not upload mobile phone photograph or signature
• Signature must be with a black or dark blue ink on white paper
• If any documents is not visible clearly, it will be rejected

Students filling GUJCET 2026 application form, without meeting the minimum eligibility criteria, will have to face rejection if they don't meet the GUJCET 2026 eligibility criteria. Hence, read the eligibility criteria carefully before filling it out. The eligibility requirements are mentioned below.

• The candidate must be from India and residing in Gujarat.
• Candidates must have passed or appeared in 12th grade or an equivalent exam.
• For BPharm, the candidate must have studied either Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) or Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB) in 12th grade.
• For BE/BTech, the candidate must have studied Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) in 12th grade.
• The general category candidates should have scored 45% in class 12 board examination.
• Students from reserved category must score 40% in class 12 board examination.

Registration on GUJCET Portal

The first step to fill GUJCET application form 2026 is registration. To register, candidates must visit - gujcet.gseb.org.

• On homepage, click on New Registration tab
• Enter name active email ID and mobile number
• One OTP will be shared on registered mobile number, enter OTP to authenticate account
• Use email address / mobile number and password to log in again from homepage

Next step is by paying application fee. The application fee can be paid in online mode via debit card, credit card, or net banking

Once application fee is paid successfully, next step is to fill application form in detail by adding details, such as academic qualifications and submitting documents as per size set by exam body

Before finally submitting application form, check for any errors. If it is error-free, submit and download a copy for future reference.

To successfully submit the GUJCET application form 2026, students must pay the application fee online. As per information brochure released by GHSHEB the GUJCET application fee is INR 350. This fee can be paid via debit/credit card or net banking or UPI. The application fee is paid in advance after making a new registration. Once application fee is paid students will be able to fill GUJCET application form in detail. There is no way to bypass the application fee and proceed with submitting the application form hence submitting fee is mandatory.

The facility to make corrections in the filled form will be provided after the GUJCET 2026 application form's last date. The GUJCET 2026 application correction facility will be available online. During the application correction window, all registered applicants who wish to make any changes to their completed application form may do so. The form for changes will be available on the website and must be submitted by mail or in person at the GUJCET Cell in Gandhinagar on or before the deadline for corrections.
