How to Fill GUJCET 2026 Application Form

Applying for GUJCET 2026 requires an active email address and mobile number. The initial registration requires your personal details, such as full name, date of birth, gender, category, contact address, and academic background.

Candidates must also upload a digital passport-size colour photograph along with their signature, both adhering to the specified format rules. Finally, the application fee can be paid online using net banking, credit, or debit cards, or offline by visiting an SBI branch.

  • For BE/BTech, the candidate must have studied Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) in 12th grade.
  • The general category candidates should have scored 45% in class 12 board examination.
  • Students from reserved category must score 40% in class 12 board examination.

Documents Required for GUJCET 2026 Application Form

To fill application form, arrange following documents for GUJCET application form-

  • Scanned photo & signature
  • Aadhar/ID proof
  • Debit/Credit/Net Banking for fee payment
  • 10th/12th mark sheets/details, however, it will be used to fill the marks

Instructions for uploading photo and signature in GUJCET 2026 form:

  • Photograph must be taken in white or light background
  • Scanned documents should be in .jpg/.jpeg format
  • Face should occupy 50% of area in photograph, and full face view is important. Students must look directly into the camera
  • While scanning signature or photo, image resolution should be 300 DPI (Dots per Inch) or above
  • Main features of face must not be covered by hair, any cloth or any shadow. Forehead, both eyes, nose, cheeks, lip, and chin must be visible
  • Size of attachments must be between 5KB and 50KB Dimensions: 120px X 120px
  • Do not wear specs with dark glasses, only clear glass allowed
  • Signature must be with a black or dark blue ink on white paper
  • Do not upload mobile phone photograph or signature

To successfully submit the GUJCET application form 2026, students must pay the application fee online. As per information brochure released by GHSHEB the GUJCET application fee is INR 350. This fee can be paid via debit/credit card or net banking or UPI. The application fee is paid in advance after making a new registration. There is no way to bypass the application fee and proceed with submitting the application form hence submitting fee is mandatory.

GUJCET 2026 Application Correction Window

The facility to make corrections in the filled form will be provided after the GUJCET 2026 application form's last date. The GUJCET 2026 application correction facility will be available online. During the application correction window, all registered applicants who wish to make any changes to their completed application form may do so. There is no mention of GUJCET being accepted for BTech + MBA at Nirma University. Institute of Technology only mentions accepting JEE Mains for aforementioned course. Candidates are advised to ask this question from admission desk.

GUJCET cutoff 2026 for BTech admission under the Home State quota is not out yet. For the 2025 academic year, the cutoff closing was 9,721, while the overall engineering cutoffs ranged up to 50,921 at Parul University Vadodara.

Students who are from Gujarat have to appear for GUJCET exam for BTech admission in ITM SLS Baroda University. It is not compulsory for students who are not from Gujarat.

Yes, you could get into C.K Pithawalla College of Engineering and Technology with a GUJCET cutoff of 7000 if you belong to the General HS category. For this category, the overall cutoff ranged from 17666 to 50829. Hence, getting admission at this college would be possible with a rank of 7000.
