How to Calculate Score using TS ICET Answer Key 2025?

The difficulty level of questions may vary across different shifts of TG ICET exam. To eliminate any kind of benefit from an easier shift of any disadvantage from a tougher shift, the normalisation process is used. TS ICET normalisation process adjusts the scores of all candidates.
TG ICET normalised scores compare the performance of all candidates across a common scale.
TG ICET normalisation formula takes into account the average scores and standard deviations of each shift and compares them with the overall values across all sessions. TSICET normalisation formula also considers the average marks of the top 0.1 per cent of candidates from all shifts individually and combined. Using these values, a normalised score is calculated after adjusting the raw marks of each candidate.
TS ICET normalisation process ensures that a candidate who took the exam in a difficult exam shift is not disadvantaged while being evaluated.
TG ICET normalisation formula has two values, namely SASD and GASD. SASD refers to the sum of the average score and standard deviation of the exam shift in which a particular candidate had appeared. Whereas, GASD refers to the sum of the average score and standard deviation across all exam shifts taken together.
Both SASD and GASD help compare a candidate's performance in one session with the overall performance of all test takers. SASD indicates the difficulty and performance level in one particular session, whereas GASD provides a reference based on all exam shifts.
