The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released JEE Main 2018 cut offs for JEE Advanced. JEE Main 2018 results have been declared on April 30.
JEE Main 2018cut offsfor JEE Advanced has dipped significantly this year as compared to 2017. For 2018, the cut for general candidates is 74 as compared to 81 in last year.

After the exam got over on April, experts shared JEE Main 2018 expected cut-offs. In 2017, the cut-offs were considerably low. The cut-off to appear for JEE Advanced was 81 for general category students while the cut-off for OBC-NCL, SC, ST and PwD students was 49, 32, 27 and 1 respectively.

OJEE and JEE syllabus is somewhat same and different in some places. The OJEE syllabus for Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics is different from JEE. In JEE, the physics syllabus includes topics such as Mechanics, Thermodynamics, Optics, etc. These topics require knowledge of physics topics.
