KCET 2025: The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has concluded the Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) 2025 for engineering, agriculture, and pharmacy aspirants. With the KCET 2025 exam now behind them, candidates are eagerly looking ahead to the next steps. Several coaching institutes will soon release the unofficial KCET 2025 answer key, enabling candidates to estimate their expected scores.
The KEA is expected to release the official KCET answer key a few days after the exam concludes. The provisional answer key will be available for download on the official website. KCET 2025 Answer Key Release Date
The Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) is expected to release the provisional answer key for KCET 2025 by next week of April. However, there has been no official confirmation. Candidates will be able to download the KCET answer key from the official website: kea.kar.nic.in and compare it with their responses to calculate their scores. An objection window, typically lasting 2 to 3 days, will be provided for candidates to raise any discrepancies or concerns regarding the provisional KCET 2025 answer key.
KCET 2025 Result Date
After reviewing the objections, KEA will declare the KCET 2025 results, which will include subject-wise scores and overall ranks. The KCET results are expected to be announced in the second week of May 2025. Candidates can check their KEA KCET results by logging into the official portal by using their registration number and date of birth.
Document Verification and KCET 2025 Counselling
After the release of KCET result, KEA will begin the document verification process.
- KCET 2025 Counselling Rounds: Multiple rounds of online counselling will follow, including choice entry, mock allotment, and final seat allotment.
Candidates are advised to keep all necessary documents: such as SSLC/PUC marks cards, caste/category certificates, income certificates, and study certificates ready in original along with photocopies.

No, Karnataka Examination Authority will not allow candidates to use calculators during the KCET 2025 exam. Applicants are also not allowed to carry any electronics devices like mobile phones, pagers and other items inside the exam centre. Applicants appearing in the exam can use their question paper for rough work. The authorities will allow candidates to do calculations and rough work in the question paper booklet. Any candidate carrying restricted items inside the KCET 2025 exam hall will be disqualified from the admission process.
