According to the latest notification on the official website of OJEE, the counselling schedule for courses such as B.Tech, B.Arch and Int. M.Sc has been announced. The registrations for counselling has begun on October 12 and the last date of registration is October 31. Also, the registrations for Special OJEE 2020 will begin on November 9 and will conclude on November 12. All the JEE rank holders will be eligible to participate in the counselling process irrespective of their admission status. OJEE 2020 counselling is an online process for final seat allotment. Candidates qualifying the exam can participate in OJEE counselling rounds 2020 based on their ranks and schedule. OJEE board releases the final seat allotment after the counselling process. OJEE Counselling Process 2020: How to Apply?
To know to how to participate in the OJEE web counselling, follow the steps mentioned below:
Step 1: Registration: Register using the application number and other details and create a user name and password.
Step 2: Fee Payment: Applicants need to pay an application fee of Rs 450 using credit card, debit card, UPI or other bank wallets
Step 3: Choice Filling and Locking: After successfully registering for the counselling process and paying the application fee, students need to fill their choices from the list of participating colleges for their selected courses and specialisation. They can add, edit, delete and change the order of preference from the list of colleges. Exam conducting authority, OJEE Cell will be releasing mock seat allotment lists. Applicants can check the status and modify according to their choice and preference. Once the locking facility is activated, they must re-check their choices and if satisfied they can lock their choice by clicking on 'Lock' button and entering a password.
Note: Once the choice has been locked, it cannot be unlocked again as it is one-time facility. Hence, candidates must carefully choose their options.
Step 4: Announcement of Seat Allotment List: The seat allotment will be based on the scores obtained in OJEE 2020 exam. Preference will be given to candidates with JEE Main scores.
Step 5: Document Verification: For confirming their seat at the allotted college/s, applicants should upload documents of eligibility required for the course and submit the copies. They also need to make part admission fee payment online which is Rs. 10,000/- for General category and Rs. 5,000/- for SC/ST/PC categories. After this, students will be issued final seat allotment letter with college name, course and other relevant information.
Step 6: Admission Confirmation: Once the documents have been upload, the nodal officers will verify the documents. In case, students do not report the allotted colleges within the specified time, then their admission is cancelled and their seat is offered to other candidates in next round. Also, students have a choice to withdraw from admission, in such cases, their admission status will be 'In process' and the part-admission fees paid by them is refunded.
Special OJEE 2020: How to Apply?
To apply for Special OJEE follow the steps mentioned below:

Visit the website of OJEE
- Click on 'Form F' and register with details required such as name, e-mail ID, mobile number, etc. and create a password

Fill the required details and you will be given an application ID after confirmation

Login with registered application number and password to fill the Special OJEE application form

Pay the application fee in online mode using Debit Card, Credit Card, UPI or Net Banking

After confirmation, submit the application form and get a printout of the same for future references. The application fee is Rs. 1000.
