With 95 percentile, you probably have a rank around 45k to 50k, and with your OBC quota you will get a chance in mining engineering in NIT Surathkal easily, if your luck favours you may also get Civil engineering. There is also a good window of opportunity to get admission at Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, Mining Engineering. Hi Tarun. From my personal experience, I think it's not necessary to submit the same photo as submitted in application card. Just make sure that you can be recognised in both photos.

Yes, you do need a domicile Certificate during 85% state quota counselling for NEET after registration, choice filling when merit list is declared and you are allocated a college you will be called for counselling then you will need documents to be verified along with domicile Certificate.
