JEE Main 2018 results are expected to be declared on April 30, 2018. Paper 1 and Paper 2 of the offline exam was conducted on April 8. The online exam of JEE Main 2018 was held on April 15 and 16. Check the important dates of the exam here.
To check JEE Main 2018 results, aspirants will require their JEE Main 2018 Roll Number and Date of Birth. The exam results will be available on:

JEE Main result comprises of the actual marks obtained in Paper-I of JEE Main along with the status of those aspirants who qualify for appearing in JEE Advanced subject to other conditions of eligibility criteria being fulfilled. The rank will be the All India rank and All India category rank secured by students. JEE Main AIRs are used for admissions to NITs/IIITs/CFTIs/SFIs/Others, while other ranks are for information purposes.
Aspirants who manage to secure Paper 1 cut-offs will be eligible for admissions to NITs, IIITs and CFTIs. Those who clear Paper 2 cut-offs will qualify for admissions to 824 BArch seats offered by various NITs, IIITs and GFTIs across the country.

JEE Main exam is not mandatory for admission in Prestige University BTech courses. Students can apply with a valid score of other entrance exams as well. The other accepted exams are CUET/ SAT/ ACT and PU Aptitude Test.

Yes, SRM do accepts JEE Main score for admission to a few programs at certain campuses. As per the details available in the official website - "Any Candidate qualified in IIT JEE Main/SAT will be admitted directly even if the candidate doesn't take SRMJEEE."

Yes, UV Patel College of Engineering accepts JEE Main marks for taking admission in the BE/BTech courses. The college also accepts score from GUJCET exam for BTech admissions. Candidates have to undergo counselling and fill the application form of college.
