As per the Shiksha polls data on TS EAMCET, a total of 71.17% students preferred admissions to engineering courses. The list is followed by BSc course with 12.52% students preferring the courses. The least preferred course among students in B.F.Sc or B.V.Sc. TS EAMCET being popular state entrance exam caters approximately two lakh students every year. Chances of Admissions Through TS EAMCET Exam 

The government of Telangana announced scrapping of 15% quota for non-local candidates in admissions. As per the order, 85% of seats in the state are now reserved for applicants belonging to Telangana state. This has increased the chances of applicants for admission to their preferred courses. JNTUH offers more than 60000 seats every year for admissions to undergraduate courses.
