Karnataka PGCET Seat Matrix 2024: KEA to Fill 20159 Seats through Round 2 Allotment

KEA is to release Karnataka PGCET seat allotment results for the second counselling round. As many as 20159 seats are to be filled across courses, including MBA, MCA, and MTech.

Karnataka PGCET 2024 Seat Matrix for Second Allotment Round

Karnataka Examinations Authority released the PGCET second round seat matrix 2024. KEA will fill the MBA, MCA, and MTech seats through PGCET scores under the second counselling round. A total of 20159 seats are available for admissions under the 2nd allotment round. Out of the total seats, 11281 seats are being offered for MBA admissions. Whereas, 5488 seats will be filled in the MCA courses offered by PGCET participating colleges. The remaining seats will be filled for courses, including MTech, and MArch and others.

KEA will allocate seats based on the candidate’s preferences, PGCET ranks, and reservation criteria.

Karnataka PGCET seats are being offered by 279 MBA colleges, 175 MCA colleges, and 125 MTech colleges. In case the seats remain vacant after the Karnataka PGCET second seat allotment, KEA may conduct a final counselling round to fill the leftover seats. Karnataka PGCET final counselling round will be conducted for all the PGCET rank holders who haven’t been allotted any seat yet. Additionally, candidates who had earlier cancelled their allotment are marked ineligible from the seat allotment process.

All candidates who will get an allotment are required to pay the admission fee between December 2 and 4. Last date to report at the allotted colleges has been set as December 5.
